Matthew Barrett I am talking to who generated the quote and all the simulations for shading and power generation and so on. If Matt professionalism and knowledge were the only thing I needed to make my decision about the purchase I would do it immediately. Matt went any required length to answer all my questions and provide me with as much information as I could ever hope for.

If Moixa products are as good as their employees they have a bright future ahead!

After making an enquiry via their website, James called me on the same day and talked through the system.
We had a brief chat about the location of the panels and also the battery and other items in the house. Later that day a provisional quote arrived and James was happy to talk through it, including the finance options.
Any technical questions I had were easily dealt with.
A proper site survey was then arranged closely followed by a half-day installation, which went very smoothly indeed.

Happy to recommend Moixa very supportive from first contact onwards

It took just three weeks from my first telephone contact with Moixa to completion. My conversation with Moixa and visits to their excellent web site, convinced me of their expertise and I was happy to agree to the full package with their partners, Zanussi, supplying the solar panels. The whole project went seamlessly and to programme. The installation and commissioning took eight hours. I was very impressed with the skill and knowledge of the two technicians and appreciated the trouble taken to ensure that I was happy with the positioning of equipment and cables. It was very satisfying to see on the computer screen, charging commence at dawn and continue until dusk, and for the battery to take up the core load as necessary. After three months results are exceeding my expectations.
If you are concerned about global warming or wish to make an unbeatable medium term investment, this is a very satisfying way to proceed. It is rare to receive such a quality product and exemplary service.

Great product and the helpdesk were very helpful and helped to adapt the battery to my usage and maximise the charge.

Great technician came to install. Looked at the property and realised that extra work was needed to fit the battery properly. He went back to Moixa and explained the situation.
Peter (ops manager) wanted to make sure that the best practice was adopted and took their time to find the best solution. They worked together and came back the next week to properly solve the problem.
Dave Halls (sub contractor) the installer really represented Moixa well. He went above and beyond to fit the battery well. Hid cables. Even fixed a down pipe attachment so that the house looked good.
Peter at Moixa we’re working deep into the night. Answered my call later after install. (7pm) and their colleague even rang me to double check around 8pm.
Moixa are really trying to be the best in class and you can’t fault them.
Battery etc. Is small compact. Neat and hidden away.

Our often naive questions were always answered in language we could understand. Very exciting when the battery was hooked up. We check the gridshare data regularly so that we can see when it's best (free) to use our appliances. We love it!

This is a joint review of Moixa service and Moixa product.

I’d give the service 5* as our installation was well carried out, where we wanted the battery and how we wanted it fitted. Later a repair to a fan was needed, which they did quickly and without fuss.

The product is good, but due to the limit on charge/discharge rate, it will struggle to charge and discharge more than once a day, not quite as advertised. So factor this into your calculations when buying one. It’s not going to run your dishwasher/ iron but there is just something about knowing that that spare electricity from your panels is going somewhere other than the grid. Just don’t expect a huge payout!

the whole process from quotation to installation was conducted professionally, honestly and efficiently. I can’t fault Moixa in any way. I am also very happy with my solar panel and battery installation, which was saving me money from the off.
