Moixa Arvostelua 

I have had Moixa batteries for the last five years. The installation schedule went exactly to plan, battery was delivered one day in advance, and the engineer arrived next day at 0945
The engineers are knowledgable, professional and go to great lengths to explain the installation process. In short they just want to get it right for you. All the wiring is left so neat and tidy, it does not look like a rats nest!
Great care is taken to protect furniture, fittings, carpets and when they leave it is spotless
The after sales,technical support, is excellent no emails waiting 48 hours for a response, online chat, or waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, you speak quickly to a human being who will resolve/answer any queries speedily
The battery does not just sit on the floor or wall but it is backed by a Moixa app which shows in great detail how the battery is performing and the benefits it is providing in savings. The app has evolved over the last year or so and is now a truly industry leading software Finally, what’s more it is a British company who also design the batteries, who are very customer focussed

So far so good! I bought my Moixa battery at the Fully Charged show at Farnborough Airport, where it was handily discounted.
Owing to 'supply chain difficulties' I had to wait until this January to have it installed, but Moixa kept me informed and uo to date the whole time.
When it finally came, the installers Npes, were great; very efficient and quick - It wasn't a straightforward job but they made as little mess as possible and tidied all up after themselves.
I have installed the Moixa app with no trouble and can see that the battery is working and am now waiting for Monday (this is written on Saturday 9th Jan) for the support team to contact me and help me get to grips with everything my new battery can do.
I hope and trust that it is going to save me quite a lot of money! Especially since energy prices have already risen massively since I bought it.

Lack of details during certain periods and no solar generation shown. All matters resolved by a reboot.

I phoned up as my recently restarted battery system wasn't recording solar generation correctly. The person I called talked me throught the issue and we found the solution withint 5 minutes. Very effecient stuff!!

I have had the system now for nearly 3 years the panels
We're outdated I was promised that the panel are day light sow I was given to understand that they would work on a dull day wrong I was told by installing engineering that the panels I have are bright sun light
To work 100% other wise it will draw from the circuit and that's what it's doing now the batteries are never
Fully charged the complete system is useless in the autumn and and winter I have tried to talk to the support team and all I get the will investigate my situation

Shakeel was brilliant at sorting out a problem that had been bugging my system for a while ( to do with reading the data rather than anything to do with effectiveness of system). Thank you so much.

Had problems with the Battery storage ,Rhys checked it and sent instructions to rectify.Which it did and working perfectly now.

Invariably proactive, Moixa have been nothing but extremely helpful over small glitches in battery operation (including, in the most recent case, mouse damage to wiring). Their local operative, Ishmael, is a shining star when it comes to politeness, punctuality, personality, hard work and technical ability. We have total confidence in them, and recommend them and their products as highly as possible.

I emailed Moixa with a problem in setting up my new account. They answered within an hour and it was all sorted out.

Support team are always very responsive and helpful. Have been great during the minor teething problems I have encountered with the new battery installation.
