Dice Fuels Ltd Arvostelua 61

I received an email from a J & J Fuels about deliveries. I can only guess this is the same company, as I only used Dice for deliveries, so I guess they may have got my email from their database. Is that even allowed?

Ordered 1000 litres on 19th June paid half credit card (received refund ) and half Debit , Bank being a bit difficult with refund typical banks ,they can see money has gone to D/Fuels !
Used Dice for several years , small family firm ,only wish they would have been upfront , not taken orders or at least refined my money

I paid for 500 litres in June, no oil, no refund. I discovered in a couple of weeks ago, the website was down and phones direct to voicemail.
I claimed a chargeback from my bank, however they will only refund if the company has gone bust. I have now seen their website is back up. The robbing B******drs are probably taking money with no intention of delivering. No bank will refund if it appears the company is trading- which it looks like they are.
Total scum if this is their game.

Good people, I ordered and paid for oil in mid July. They gave me an unasked for refund by the end of July. Dice's service has always been exemplary. I hope this is not the end. Thank you.

Thieves ! Took my money and never delivered .
No answer to phone or email , they simply disappeared ! I’m reporting it to the police and everyone should too .
Applied for a charge back but still nothing .
Such dishonesty from these people .

Clearly this company has gone bust. I ordered and paid for fuel in June then nothing. They don't answer the phone and I drove to look for their office today and was told they are not there anymore. I paid for my heating oil with a credit card which does give some security and my bank are investigating prior to giving a refund.

I spoke to the women as my postcode was not listed, she said they would deliver this once but obviously knew they were going bust and took my money anyway!! Such dishonesty, no one goes bust within 2 weeks without really knowing whats coming, so continuing to take peoples money is theft!

AVOID! Failed delivery for over a month of fuel and continued to take monthly payments. Owed over £500 and fuel tank now very low.

Zero stars Avoid! Placed and paid for an order for 1500 L heating oil on 17/07. Not a word since. Website down, all calls go to answerphone. Registered letter sent to registered address returned as no longer at the address, Companies house has them as still active! (How can they be active without a registered address?) CH say as they are registered active they can't help.

Website down. Multiple people reporting fuel not being delivered. Phone goes to answer machine

Order placed on 18th June 2025. Was informed delivery would take place by 2nd July. This did not happen. Contacted Dice Fuels by telephone about 2 weeks ago and was told that I will hear from them again one day before delivery. All gone quiet and phone calls go straight to voicemail.

Have used Dice Fuels before and they have been brilliant but our last order in June still hasn’t arrIved. Payment was taken and they have gone quiet, not answering the phone or emails. Getting really concerned now.

Similar experience to others with oil not delivered and no contact. Very relieved though to notice that I have received a refund on 21st direct to my account. Very sad to see this family run company go under after using them for years. I hope others will receive their money back as well.

I had a standing order of £100 a month paying in to Dice Fuels to build up a reserve for future oil purchases. I tried to check my balance today only to discover that the June and July payments had not been taken. I tried phoning and contacting Dice on their website, but it seems they are no longer trading? Suggestions that they may have filed for bankruptcy? Either way, I am at least £200 out of pocket. They were an excellent company, so it's sad if this is true. I am not holding out much hope of recovering my money. 😞

Similar issues with Dice, delivery due this week which was cancelled. However in my case they did respond politely by email on Monday (21st) with confirmation of my refund. Dully received in account this morning.

Visited depot near Maidstone premises all shut up and empty 3 oil delivery tankers in and outside
Note on door says closed until further notice.
Obviously not trading probably going bankrupt

Similar to other recent reviews. Money taken mid June delivery delayed and now website gone and answerphone only available means of contact.

No oil, no communication and no refund!!

Run! Don’t use this company! Ordered oil on 16th June no delivery to date! Had my money for over a month! Not answering email or phone - steer clear

Ordered in May, no delivery. Then cancelled, promised refund and now nothing. Suspect they have gone bust. No answer on phones.
