Livrare foarte greoaie la Mobilfox Romania
Am facut o comanda la ei in 18 aprilie cu aceste "reduceri", au confirmat comanda dar nu si livrarea! La un email dat raspunde cineva "Peter" dar de fapt este un robot AI care iti pune o "placa", aceeasi. Procesarea dureaza 3-7 zile apoi livrarea pe motiv ca nu au husele pe stoc...se personalizeaza functie de comenzi. Aveam impresia ca sunt o firma mare si serioasa dar nici chiar asa. Nu contesta nimeni calitatea huselor, dar au de imbunatatit foarte mult pe partea de stocuri si de comunicare cu clientii, plus ca in momentul comenzii trebuie sa te anunte foarte clar cand iti livreaza, altfel pica de neseriosi ca acum! Dezamagire!

to be honest im upset
quality is not so great especially print and color, lots of newsletter which for god's sake is annoying ans useless and the waiting time is also a bit long (i was informed about it tho) but because of that i was expecting something worth the price, i kinda feel like because of the fact that i had a coupon my order was treated differently than those who paid full price
