Értjük az aggodalmadat, főleg úgy, hogy a rendelésedet már február 12-én kifizetted, és a termék azóta sem érkezett meg. Bizonyos időszakokban az átlagos feldolgozási és szállítási idő a rendelésszámtól függően változhat, ügyfélszolgálatunk pedig minden megkeresést emailben kezel, ahol a rendelés aktuális állapotát pontosan ellenőrizni tudják.
Kérjük, küldd el újra a rendelésszámodat ügyfélszolgálatunknak, hogy a csapat közvetlenül rá tudjon nézni az ügyre, és a kellemetlenség miatt kuponkódot is tudnak biztosítani.

Really bad order experience.
Ordered some few days ago a cover + suprise item. I was promised 1 + 1 cover, and beside de surprise item an "Easter gift"
Just picked up my order, the cover was there along with a screen protector from what i guess the "black egg gift" as i got a card with that on it... But there was no second cover i was told i would get, and no surprise item i have payed for.
The overall cover is very bad, it came with scratches and dirt marks on it, the magsafe magnets arent glued very well on it, and the screen protector didnt come with a squeegee or card of any sort to squeeze out the air bubbles ( although the instructions told me to use the one provided )
Very disappointed, i wouldnt recommend it to anyone
Edit: After reaching out to customer support, i have received a new case and was supposedly going to receive a replacement of the screen protector + the gift that i payed for.
A new case that didnt come with scratches (it scratched after taking it out of my jeans pocket tho 😀) but the magsafe still came off, and a screen protector replacement… yet no gift. Quality is very bad, wont purchase again or would recommend it.

Great selection and super fast website
The website is really nice, super clear and easy to use. Huge selection of cases – I spent ages just browsing because everything looked good. I ordered two cases and I’m really happy with the assortment and quality. Waiting for the package now, but already recommending the shop to friends.
