I ordered a phone case from Mobilfox over two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. This is simply unacceptable.
How is it normal in 2026 to wait this long for a basic order? What kind of company operates like this? Delivery times like this show a complete lack of respect for customers.
There is no clear communication, no proper updates, and no sense of urgency. When people pay for a product, they expect a reasonable delivery time — not to be left waiting indefinitely.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication! They send me wrong case and when i wanted to return it for their cost, they denied and told me that their policy is the opposite and i have to return it on my own cost. They sending me messages from different emails and tell me different things every time. Also i waited 1 month for the cases. I would never purchase from this company!

Egy iPhone 13-ra vettem egy Full-Shock tokkot ami állítólag 3,5 méter betonra esést bírja meg anno olyan 15k lehetett eddig egész jó volt nem sárgult be csak az volt a probléma hogy kicsit nehézkes levenni, kicsit később rá jöttem hogy hülyeség volt mert nagyon túl van árazva és nem éri meg mert nincs különbség a többitől. Ma kezemből le esett és az egész hátlapi üveg és a kamera sziget szét van repedve nagyon durván, Ez április 28. Ma Május 27. a tokknak a jobb oldal alsó részénél a ragasztó elengedett igy az oldala lejön szóval kb egy év használt után egy 15.000Ft-s tokk ami azt ígéri hogy nagyon erős elkezd szétesni és az oldalán és a műanyag lapon is meglátszanak a használti nyomok pedig nem volt olyan extrémen használva.

I have bought from the Hungarian…
I have bought from the Hungarian website before, I was always satisfied. Now that I ordered a phone case from the Netherlands, my package has been in the delivery company's warehouse for 2 weeks. I tried to contact the delivery company, but I can only talk to Ai. I contacted mobilfox, they sent me the same tracking link as the first emails. Another company immediately follows up to see where the package went and why it doesn't move from its starting point. Thank you for nothing.

Case quality is great, but image is blurry
Case quality is great, but I am dissapointed with the image on the back of the case. Considering the case price, you would at least expect the image on the back of the case to be high quality. It looks like they downloaded first low quality image from the Google and sticked it on the case

Wrong case + protector
The shipping time was fair enough, it took 4 days to get the case and the screen protector. However, i didnt get the case i ordered and the screen protector was for an iphone 16 while i ordered for the 15 version.

Very bad quality - its not worth the €
Regarding the packacking and shipping, experience was good.
To be honest, quality of cases is very bad, 2/5 (very poor). Considering that they are pretty expensive (30€ each) it’s really bad. From other sources you can get much more better quality case for 10 times less money.

Powiedzieć, że jestem rozczarowana to i tak powiedzieć za mało, etui na stronie wyglądało kompletnie inaczej (zostało pokazane jako 3D) nie znalazłam żadnej informacji o tym aby był to wydruk, który zresztą nie był najlepszej jakości, po cenie spodziewałam się raczej czegoś lepszego;)
