wytrzymałość super ALE…
używam już parę lat caseów od Was. naprawdę polecam jeżeli chodzi o wytrzymałość. miałam iphone 12 mini a teraz przeszłam na 17 pro. niestety wielkość telefonu teraz jest odczuwalna i ranty są bardzo niewygodne. są zbyt kanciaste od tylnej strony obudowy.
co do grafiki to po jakimś ok.roku odpada ta farba. warto pomyśleć może nad nową formułą materiału z zewnętrznej strony, bo oprócz tego nie mam zastrzeżeń :)

Poor Quality
I ordered the 'Starry Night' case back in October and for the first week or two it was fine. However, immediately after that that I started noticing that parts of the print were chipping away. They were not that visible at first but now that multiple months have passed it is starting to look terrible with entire parts of the case missing paint.

Bad customer support
(Bulgarian version)They have cool designs but have the worst customer support.I bought a case two weeks ago but never received it.So I reached out to their support searching for an explanation.In the email they sent me they claimed the currier lost the package, which was then denied by currier who said they never received the package in the first place.In the first mail the support offered to return the money or send again the case.I responded that I want a full compensation and asked a followup question, but they never responded.I sent several more emails which again went by without a response.However, when i used a different email they did responde with basically the same email as the first but still no followup.I suspect they give an automatic fist email to everyone complaining and then block them.

Very pathetic experience with Mobilfox as it send me wrong battery which doesn't fit into my phone battery compartment. When I have repeatedly request for replace the same, they denied it. Now they don't even pick my calls

Zamówiłam paczkę 17 maja, dostałam informację że moja przesyłka zostala zagubiona podczas transportu. Jest dzisiaj 10 lipca, przesyłki dalej nie ma, pomimo wcześniejszego przerejestrowania paczki. Czekam na zwrot pieniędzy. Z pewnością nie polecam.

Niestety jestem rozczarowana jakością…
Niestety jestem rozczarowana jakością produktu. Po otrzymaniu okazało się, że wykonanie nie odpowiada temu, czego oczekiwałam po zdjęciach i opisie. Materiały sprawiają wrażenie przeciętnych, a produkt nie wygląda na wart swojej ceny. Dodatkowo procedura zwrotu nie jest tak prosta i przejrzysta, jak można by oczekiwać. Na podstawie mojego doświadczenia nie zdecydowała bym się na ponowny zakup. Etui przyszło jakby już było używane ponieważ były rysy na niej i widoczne ślady użytkowania.

Disappointing quality of cases
Ordered nude case and shock case for iphone 17 pro. The shock case doesnt fit the phone. When i put it on it keeps pressing volume buttons on its own. The nude case was okey for first two weeks. Then the magsafe ring kept falling of and getting stuck on the phone. So i always needed to put it back myself. Never buying here again. And to be clear at first I thought this was one off thing. My friend also bought it for his 17 pro max and he had the same problem with nude case

Czas dostawy to jakiś żart
Czas dostawy to jakiś żart, na pierwszą wiadomość dostałem odpowiedź że wysyłka w ciągu 3-7 dni. Gdy paczka nie została wysłana przez 10 dni napisałem kolejną wiadomości już bez odzewu. Finalnie mija 14 dni, a paczka nadal nie została wysłana.
Tragedia.

Wprowadzanie klienta w blad
Nie polecam. Zamowilam case oraz szklo ochronne na telefon, ktorych pilnie potrzebowalam poniewaz zmienialam telefon. Zostalam zapewniona mailowo, ze czas realizacji przesylki wynosi 7 dni. Po 7 dniach napisalam maila z prosba o anulowanie zamowienia. Dostalam odpowiedz, ze „moje zamowienie zostalo juz przekazane kurierowi” co bylo nie prawda, zostala jedynie wygenerowana etykieta. Gdy wyslalam maila z ta informacja, nagle kontakt sie urwal. Dostalam odpowiedz na tego maila dopiero gdy tydzien pozniej przesylka zostala rzeczywiscie przekazana kurierowi. Slabe wprowadzanie w blad klienta, bo nie chce sie anulowac zamowienia.

2 weken wachten en nogsteeds geen…
2 weken wachten en nogsteeds geen e-mail geen nummer niks. Paar dagen geleden stuurde ik een mail met het antwoord dan mijn pakketje klaar ligt en dat hij alleen nog opgehaald moet worden. Vandaag stuurde ik weer een mail en kreeg ik het antwoord, “je hoesje die je hebt besteld is niet meer beschikbaar, na 15 dagen komen er vast wel nieuwe”. De bot waar mee gepraat word is fake en liegt. Als ik om een telefoon nummer of om betere contact met een echt iemand, kan dat niet. Zeer slecht geregeld met verzending, contact en producten. Ik raad moblfox zeker niet aan helaas ookal dacht ik eerst dat t een goeie experience zou zijn.
