these people are dumping non functioning products on customers and later asking them to bear the cost of shipping while returning for replacement. They do this for every product. scammers

Worst experience with Maxbhi – Do NOT buy from here.

I ordered an opening tool kit based on the images shown on their website, but the product I received was completely different and missing several tools. This is clearly misleading, as they display one product and deliver another.

When I contacted support, they kept saying the product is “compatible” instead of addressing the actual issue of missing tools. They also hide behind a policy saying “images are for presentation only,” which is being misused to justify incorrect products.

Customer service was very poor. Calls were handled in an aggressive and unhelpful manner. They claimed they tried contacting me multiple times, but I returned the call within 5 minutes and still did not receive proper support.

They mentioned delivery charges around ₹40, but for return they are asking me to pay courier charges starting from ₹80+, even though the mistake is completely from their side.

Finally, my request was simply declined without any fair resolution.

This is unfair business practice, misleading product display, and very bad customer support. I will not recommend this site to anyone and advise others to avoid buying from here.

I ordered a display for my Narzo 50A from Maxbhi.
What I received was a defective display – not working.

I requested a replacement. They gave me an RMA and asked me to return the product at my own cost. I paid for shipping and sent it back.

After waiting for days, what did I receive?
The exact same defective display again. Same display number, same packaging, same problem.

When I complained, they are now asking me to send it back again – on my own cost again – so they can "check" again.

This is not service. This is cheating and harassment.

They are just wasting time and money. No working product. No refund. No proper support.

👉 Do not buy from Maxbhi if you want a working product.
👉 They will send you faulty items and then make you pay to return them.

Never again. 0/10.

I brought the battery from the there and it's working really good

I ordered a display for Google Pixle 4a, which termed to be as an Orginal equivalent. Purchase price = INR 4000.
The product I received was of dummy quality for which the mobile repairer stated, this dummy version should cost very less around 2K as per available in Offline market.
Moreover, the display I received was a damaged piece.
As during pre-installation testing it displayed green lines over the screen.

Based on my return request, 'Maxbhi customer support' denied me to return this product as it was 1 day over the return period.

The only mistake from my side was I unboxed the product received a few days late as I was out of town.

No more trust from my side on this platform.

Fraud, they're not delivering within promise date, when you call they're told you "expected delivery date is not promised delivery date" , & when you tried to return they're not accepting your return. Also for bad reviews they're removed Google business page.

One of the worrest company I never seen and trying to divert what exactly we searched as like and deliver wrong product and no return if we asked and shout also. No1 Fraud Company please don't purchase any products

Don't purchase from this site. They sell used and damaged products. After delivery there is no option for replacement. They claim customer for their products. No support from there sevices.

There website's review of product only published after reviewed by their teams. So only positive comments are there. Don't trap maxbhi fraud company.

They delivered the correct product within time without any issues.

Ordered bavk panel for my Samsung S21 but received without camera lens. The product displaying in picture is not matching with product delivered. Refusing to return or replacement.

I bought a Redmi 9 prime battery which turned out to be of very poor quality. Gets discharged within two days with minimal use.

Display not working after 1 month of Purchase

I ordered charging board for s21 fe i replaced the board everything working fine later I am not able to make any calls. I called customer care they told only charging will work with this board.(in the product page its not mentioned anywhere) Its completely a scam site. They said no replacement. Also one person told that will arrange a callback I didn't receive any calls. Be careful before order anything with them.

Ordered a Motorola Edge 40 Neo display and received a completely different part. Instead of solving the issue, support keeps using warranty clauses to avoid responsibility.

If the product is different from the listing, it’s not a warranty issue — it’s misleading product information.

Extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly advise buyers to think twice before ordering spare parts from here.
