Waiting month for order
I created my order 18.04.2026, on the 23rd of April I got email that they have alot of orders and it can prolong the delivery date. After waiting for 2weeks I contacted support and they wrote to me that I should be patiemt and they will prioritize my order. Today is 18 of May and order is still stuck on “We’re preparing your order.”
Edit: If I could I would give 0 stars to the Mobilfox team for “it may take longer because of..” If you put up a sale next time be atleast somewhat prepared.. Yeah it may lead to 2weeks waitime but do not hit people week after ordering with Email that says we are working on it and ghost them for a month.

Zavádzanie zákazníka zľavu dávajú vždy tak aby kryt stal 15€ čo je možno jeho reálna hodnota ale 70% zľava z 52€ kryt vždy býva za 30€ a zľava 50% teraz sa pochlapili a počas zľavy navýšili cenu za mňa absolútny podvod na zákazníka.

Disappointed
I purchased a nude case for my iPhone 17 from the Mobilfox website. The transparent part of the case had scratches and when I put it on my phone, the glass film peeled off from one corner of the phone. The price was exorbitant and the quality was poor. Disappointed with the purchase.

Not sending the orders
I’ve placed an order on 18th of April 2026. Today is 8th of May and I didn’t received my order. I’ve contacted their customer support on 28th of April, they said that the product is out of stock at the moment and they will restock in 15 working days.. nothing happened, no update. I am glad that I did not paid the order in advance.

Poor quality and costumer care
I have waited for 2 weeks for my order and when it arrived had a factory defect… I was promised a replacement for the faulty case on 18th April, today 8th May still no case have arrived and also the costumer care is not answering to my emails..

Don’t buy any product from their…
Don’t buy any product from their website. I bought an iPhone battery almost 6 months ago, and today the battery has swollen. When I contacted customer care, they didn’t even know how to talk properly. They just said, ‘It’s been 6 months for the battery, what can I do now? You should order a new battery.’ They have no manners or way of speaking to customers. My request to everyone is: please don’t buy any product from them. Thanks.”

Het is effectief 1 volle maand dat ik besteld heb en niets meer gehoord van de firma. Ik heb er al 2 emails gestuurd maar geen reactie. Gelukkig heb ik nog niet betaald en ik ga ook niet betalen tot dat ik zij krijg. Ik heb er al 3 keer besteld uit mobilfox en is het eerste keer dat het zo erg is. Heel jammer.

I've selected delivery to an easybox and it was delivered to my address while I was at work. It was unpleasant that I had to call somebody to pick up my order while I've selected to be delivered at easybox.

Slechte service
Mijn bestelling is verloren gegaan (kan gebeuren) en ik nam contact op met de klantenservice. Daar kreeg ik snel reactie terug tot op het moment dat ze mij de keuze gaven om: mijn bestelling opnieuw op te sturen of een full refund. Daar koos ik voor de full refund en sindsdien is al het contact weg. Ik ben zeer ontevreden over de service van het bedrijf en zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen.

Zamówienie przyszło niekompletne. Obudowa mobilfox a shein nie różni się niczym a nawet bym powiedziała że shein jest dużo lepsze. Jakość nadruku to żart, widać kreski od drukarki na każdym etui. Widać że jest mocny marketing ale lepiej było by zainwestować w jakość zamiast w reklamę tandetnych produktów. Brak jakiego kolwiek kontaktu z ich strony.

I do not recommend it.
I bought a Full-Shock case for an iPhone 14 about 1 year ago, which was 15,000 HUF (~$48) at the time, which I think is very expensive and I expected it to be good for that much money, but otherwise it not better than a 10$ Chinese case. After a few weeks I realized it was a waste of money and regretted buying it. The delivery was slower than usual, the case was ok and didn't turn yellow, but it's quite difficult to remove and it got dirty quickly and has already left permanent dust marks on the back of 2 of my phones. I've already dropped the phones a few times and they weren't damaged, but the case shows it. They promise 3.5-meter drop protection for the case, but today I dropped it about 1.5m from my hand onto the sidewalk and the entire back glass shattered very badly.
