Two months later
Two months later, still no order, no clear update, and no compensation. We paid in advance and MobileFox has had our money all this time, yet we’re left waiting without any reliable information about when the order will arrive.
Customer service keeps giving vague answers instead of solutions. This level of professionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Jest to moja druga opinia, pod poprzednia wysłani mi maila, że zostanie paczka wysłana w przeciągu tygodnia. Zaraz mija 3 tydzień, zero update, zero maili. Jest to już mój 2 miesiąc czekania.
Jaja sobie robią z ludzi 1/6 roku czekać na etui do telefonu. Odradzam każdego, suport zamiast kłamać i w chuja walić ludzi mógłby napisać prawdziwa datę a nie przekładać co tydzień.

The mag safe on the back of the case fall off every time I take the case off. I’ve been using the phone case for less than 2 months and it is chipping slowly, but surely. Worst quality for the price it has. Bought my first phone case from you, 2 years ago and it lasted. Something’s changed and you know what.

Nedodanie tovaru po 6 mesiacoch
Som veľmi sklamaná. Objednala som si kryty v decembri 2025 kde mi garantovali doručenie do Vianoc, momentálne je 2.6.2026 a po 6 mesiacoch moja objednávka stále neprišla. Kontaktovala som spoločnosť na 2 rôznych emailových adresách. Kontaktovala som na instagrame a taktiež aj zakladateľa firmy. Nikto sa mi doteraz neozval. Už si z mobilfoxu nikdy neobjednám. Je to obrovské sklamanie.

Disgusting customer service
I already sent them more than 5 emails, each week i try to contact them but I didn't get a single answer regarding my requests. How can you have say volume problems. And you know what frustrates me, they send me daily ad mails about new case launches but never anwser customers.

Jestem zawiedziona
Dwie gwiazdki bo wcześniejsze etui fajne, telefon cały mimo upadków. Natomiast przy pierwszym zamówieniu był problem z wysłaniem poprawnego szkła (wysyłali aż 3 razy). Po 3msc z etui schodzą nadruki plus okleiła się ochrona na aparat. Teraz zamówiłam na super promocji kilka etui. Zamówienie złożyłam 22 kwietnia i do teraz paczka nie jest nawet spakowana. Tłumaczą się ze to kwestia dużej ilości zamówień ale osoba która zamówiła po mnie taką samą ilość etui dostała je w ciągu 2 tyg a ja czekam ponad miesiąc. Jedyne jakie odpowiedzi dostaje to że mogą anulować zamówienie albo oznaczyć paczkę jako priorytetową. Jestem zawiedziona.

First case I bought was decent and I kept it 10 months. Second case was bad and I kept it for 5 months.
Big delivery time with no informations and a very bad suport.
Experience overall is bad.
Could not recommend it.

The order placed and paid on May 18 was to be shipped within 4-6 business days. Today we have May 30 and the order still has the status "We're preparing these items for shipping." Judging by the recent reviews, I wonder not just when but if I ever receive it at all...

Najgorsze etui na świcie, już lepiej kupić z action. Czekałem na paczkę ponad 2 miesiące, w kiedy czasie zgubili moją paczkę. Kontakt z tą firmą jest zerowy przez ponad 3 tygodnie nie odpisywali jak. Ordered a case for samsung s25 ultra, they sent a very very poor quality s24 ultra case. Definitely don't recommend, I used to love the brand and the cases but it's become complete rubish

Produkt i obsługa klienta
Zamówiłem od nich etui, po miesiącu ich "niezniszczalne" i "wysokiej jakości" obudowa zadrapała się na samym środku tylnej części. Pomijając to, że dostawa która miała trwać do 2 tygodni trwała ponad 1.5 miesiąca a finalnie nie dostałem tego co zamówiłem. Teraz po pół roku korzystania w jednym z etui, gumowa część która trzymała telefon i była przyczepiona do malowanej tylnej części oderwała się. Napisałem do nich reklamacje. Odpisali na drugi dzień że przyjmują zgłoszenie. Zostawiłem to na tydzień myśląc że się tym zajęli. Po tygodniu napisałem jeszcze raz z pytaniem czy coś już się dzieje w tę stronę bo nie dostałem żadnych informacji. Dostałem odpowiedź że nadali numer reklamacji i będą zaczynać w tę stronę działać. Stwierdziłem, dobra w końcu coś się dzieje. Minęły kolejne 2 tygodnie dostałem wiadomość że produkcja zajmuje dłużej niż zapowiadano z powodów problemów. Minął miesiąc, napisałem znów i dostałem identyczną odpowiedź, i nie o tej samej tematyce, chamskie kopiuj-wklej z poprzedniego maila. I tak 4 razy. Minęły 2 miesiące, ja dalej nie mam swojego etui a agenci z usługi klienta nie potrafią nawet odpisać tylko kopiują wiadomość poprzednika. Nie kupujcie od nich nic jeżeli chcecie mieć ochronę na telefonie i cenicie swój czas.

Terrible Service & Endless Delays
I am extremely disappointed with Mobilfox. I have been waiting almost two months for an order that I already paid for, and I still have not received it. Their customer service is unbelievably bad — they take forever to reply to messages, and when they finally respond, it is always the same generic excuse: “We are sorry, we will send it soon.”
There is no real update, no accountability, and no respect for customers who already paid their money. Waiting this long without proper communication is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. It honestly feels like they do not care about their customers at all.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise people to avoid ordering from this company unless they are prepared for massive delays and terrible customer support. 1 star is honestly more than they deserve.

Przesyłka dotarła po miesiącu. Po upływie 2 tygodni napisałam maila co się z przesyłką dzieje. Wtedy dopiero dostałam informację że mają opóźnienia w produkcji. Dwa Kejsy przyszły mainy model niż zamawiałam albo tak kiepsko pasują. Dostałam informację że muszę odesłać je na własny koszt. Szczerze patrząc na jakość ich produktów oszczędźcie sobie te 70zl i kupcie sobie Kejsa na shein albo ali. Nie polecam

I Would rate it 0 if i could
I Would rate it 0 if i could. I placed my order almost 2 months ago and i still got no update. They have no contact number( i wonder why), just an email they rarely check, and if they do they dont help at all, just trying to excuse themselves saying "its taking longer than usual" ( yeah no sh*t). If you continue sending emails they will eventually just ghost you at some point, not offering any solution other than canceling the order. I ve never had a good experience with them when it comes to shipping the cases, but it never took almost 2 months.( the other 3 times i ordered it took a little less than a month). I would not advise anyone to buy from them unless you wanna get angry.
