3–5 Days Turned Into 20+ Days
Ordered on June 2nd. The package was returned to their warehouse without any notification. I had to contact support myself to find out what happened. I was repeatedly told that the order was printed, ready, prioritised, and in the final stage before shipping, yet no tracking information was ever provided. After more than 20 days of waiting, the only solution offered was a cancellation and refund. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Tragiczna wysyłka
Etui może i są fajne, dobre jakościowo i faktycznie chronią telefon, ale czas wysyłki tragiczny. Zamówiłam paczkę 25 maja, dwa najprostsze przezroczyste etui, jest 22 czerwca i paczka przyszła dopiero dzisiaj. Na pierwszego maila z zapytaniem kiedy będzie paczka dostałam odpowiedź że prioretyzuja moją paczkę i przepraszają za opóźnienie. Minął ponad tydzień i nic się nie ruszyło więc znowu napisałam, ale na kolejne maile już nie dostałam odpowiedzi…

1/5 stars – Extremely poor delivery experience
I ordered a phone case from mobilfox.ro, where the website clearly stated a delivery time of 1-2 business days. After 7 days, my order was still listed as “processing.” It took several follow-up emails and a full 10 days before the order was even shipped.
To make things worse, I had specifically selected Easybox as my delivery method at checkout, since I’m constantly on the move and unable to receive packages at a fixed address. Despite this, the package was sent via FAN Courier to my billing address instead — completely ignoring my selected delivery preference.
I’ve ordered from countless online stores, including AliExpress, and have never experienced delays or mistakes like this. A 1-2 day promise turning into a 10-day wait, combined with disregard for the chosen delivery method, is simply unacceptable for a business that takes payment upfront.
I would not recommend mobilfox based on this experience and would strongly advise potential customers to consider other retailers with more reliable logistics and customer service

Czekałem 3 tygodnie na wysyłkę zamówienia. Przez ten czas otrzymywałem ogólnikowe odpowiedzi w stylu "paczka jest w przygotowaniu" bez żadnych konkretów. Gdy zażądałem anulowania, dostałem informację że paczka "jest już w drodze" i nie można jej anulować. Sprawdziłem numer w InPost - etykieta była tylko utworzona, paczka nigdy nie została nadana. Celowe wprowadzenie klienta w błąd, żeby zablokować możliwość rezygnacji. Wcześniej byłem zadowolony z produktów Mobilfox, ale taka obsługa klienta jest nie do przyjęcia. Odradzam.

Nie polecam, kiedyś jak kupowałam produkty mobilfox było czuć jakość, opakowania porządne, krótki czas oczekiwania a teraz? Opakowania z papieru nadruki niskiej jakości szybko się ścierają, wzięłam „mystery boxy” po 25 zł i dostałam 3 takie same badziewia warte może 2 zł.

I ordered the covers on 6.2. and I still have no information about the order. Every month I write to ask how the order is, but the answer is always the same. That one of the covers is sold out and that it usually takes 15 days to stock it. Well, it's been over 4 months and the order still hasn't arrived. If you want to order from the site, I recommend preparing in advance for a lengthy delivery, with no willingness on the part of the seller. Bad experience, I will never order again!

This has been one of the worst online…
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I placed an order for two phone cases around March 26. The original shipment was lost, and after contacting customer support I was given two options: a refund or a replacement shipment. I chose the replacement because I wanted the products I had paid for.
Nearly three months later, I am still waiting.
During these months I have contacted support multiple times and received little more than generic responses about a “high volume of orders” and possible delays. No specific shipping date, no meaningful update, and no actual resolution.
At this point, the issue is no longer the lost package. The issue is the complete failure to fulfill a replacement order after months of waiting and repeated customer inquiries.
Customer support continues to offer a refund, but that misses the point. I paid for products, agreed to a replacement shipment, and have spent months trying to get a straightforward answer about when that replacement will actually be sent.
If you are considering ordering from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself waiting for months without any clear resolution.
Very disappointing experience.

Goede kwaliteit, jammer van de mysterie gift
De prijs en kwaliteit van het hoesje is heel goed, na bestellen was het redelijk snel binnen, ik heb 4 hoesjes besteld en bij alle 4 de hoesjes heb ik een mysterie gift bestelt. Er stond hierbij dat je gegarandeerd een product krijgt ter waarde van 13,90 euro, ik heb bij alle 4 de hoesjes een sleutelhangertje gekregen, ze waren alle 4 precies het zelfde en een sleutelhangertje is geen 13,90 waard, of te wel ik heb 20 euro gewoon weg gegooid dus ik raad het af om een mysterie gift aan te schaffen.

I had the same problem other peolple had. I got a phone case that was scratched and it looked really bad, I sent them a picture, they said that they would give me my money back. I said that this is perfect, and than they send me another case. Wtf? I asked them about it and they just said that this is the procedure and ti wait for it to return itself. I said ok. I wait for like a month for my reimbursement, nothing. I keep writing the and they just ask for my bank details again and again even if I already gave it to them 100 times before. I get no feedback about the order, about when are my money going to enter. The customer service team doesn’t respond to me, I even gave them a message on social media. I don t want this to happen to a customer again, so just RUN from this company.
Really bad experience, really bad customer service. And I think it s just a scam si they can keep your money.

Very bad quality
I waited so long for my package to reach me i also paid so much for the case expecting it to be good quality, however when it came i noticed how cheap the print was done and also how cheaply the case is made itself. Zdecydowanie nie warto
Niestety nie mogę polecić tych etui. Dosłownie po dwóch latach (czyli wtedy kiedy kończy się gwarancja) bok etui odkleił się od tylnej klapy. Szczerze mówiąc to nie wiedziałem że w ogóle tak się może zrobić ale najwyraźniej w przypadku tej firmy może. Etui za 100 zł a tu taki klops... Nie tego się spodziewałem...
