MettalCase Arvostelua

Very helpful customer service, quick response.
I already using my luggages for 6 months with no issues so just ordered some more. Fairly long lead time 2-3 weeks but worth it.Good quality compared to other similar brands, super easy to navigate and catch many people eyes on the airport.

This is my first order and been days but still no update on shipment yet. Still waiting to see how things turn out. Until my order is shipped, it’s a star for now.

Really happy with MettalCase. The case we originally wanted was out of stock, but they contacted us and offered to swap it for one they had available in the UK, which arrived the next day! Really good communication throughout and the suitcase itself looks great. It also feels really well made and sturdy, so overall very happy with it.

Updated from my earlier post. After my review, my metal case contacted me to see if they could resolve the issue. After much back-and-forth emailing, they offered me a cash payment (too low) or a replacement case. I settled for the replacement case, which duly arrived. The locks are sturdier, and overall the case is good (not green, though, so perhaps I can get it wrapped). Overall, improved response from the company.

Not what is advertised, it weighs almost 6kg empty and it is not sturdy at all. I used for 5 trips and it bent out of shape. Wheels blocked as well and struggled in my last trip to drag the suitcase. No interest in resolving the issue by the company of course. It’s only looks and no sturdiness, very disappointed. I basically paid for 5 use suitcase….i wish i had read more reviews prior to purchase.

Update: after posting the review the company came back with option to send replacement wheels and a small refund. I have not received either for a month now hence the second disappointment with the company. All in all very disappointed.

I ordered a case but it couldn’t be shipped in time for my trip to India
They sent an upgraded case at the same price it arrived in 7 days, Brilliant
I’ve asked for extra covers which they are looking into
5 star 😉👍🏼

I am yet to take may fantastic cases away, but am busy packing them all.
They look and feel fantastic. Secure closures and easily set pass code.
I have a large and walk on case in silver, my wife's in rose gold - they look fab together...
Ordering was so very easy and MettalCase even held on to my order and delivered at a more convenient time for me - speedy responses from the Customer Care team.
Very satisfied customer who is looking forward in 4 weeks time to wheeling my cases through the airport..

MettalCase were brilliant. I needed a case quickly and the helpful staff made sure I got it in time for my trip. The case is great quality, very sturdy, and was perfect for our trip. I can highly recommend doing business with MetalCase!

Ordered a large case which arrived in 4 days, love it and so did my son so have now ordered the medium as well so we can twin on holidays

It was amazing to have someone reply to my queries. Not only is the case wonderful, they have really been so incredibly helpful. It is rare, now, to get such personal service and I recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a seriously good quality suitcase.

Bought the large case last year, used it for last year and this year’s holiday. Locking system is excellent and very secure, no daft zips that can be easily cut into.
Due to me being so pleased with the quality my daughter got the medium size case, she loves it..
Two very happy customers.

Got the Cabin Case and it’s the best I’ve had. Use it all the time and now my wife and brother have one! Will be getting the larger size cases in due course to complete the travel set. Sturdy and stylish these really are great cases.

I travel a lot and this case is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. It looks fantastic and gets a few envious looks but is also a joy to use when packing.

Large suitcase weighs 5 kg so amount of clothes is restricted.
Two wheels broke off after my third trip and were not covered under guarantee
Asked customer services if I could purchase the two wheels myself and was told no

Now it's just an expensive storage box

Very good quality and looks, very happy with my cabin case - delivery was fast and the the price is very good for the quality you get

The suitcase arrived very quickly and I was blown away with the quality and workmanship that has gone into the manufacture of this luggage. There are dividers and compartments inside and a plastic cover to protect it from scratches.

I can't wait for my next trip to show it off, it's absolutely beautiful!

Although it took a while to arrive, it was well worth the wait! The case arrived well packaged - a fantastic bit of kit: really sturdy AND stylish. The locks are great too… no more zipping!!!

I use my suitcase every single weekend, so mine probably gets more use than most - and it is holding up really well. It shows all the wear and tear (so you can see how baggage handlers treat your cases too), and this develops into a case with character.

The hinges are solid and overall the Mettalcase is something I’d happily recommend to anyone who travels (especially if you travel regularly). If I’m being honest the only area I always have concerns about are the wheels… on every case I’ve ever owned this is the one area that always ends up failing over time - in fairness these are holding up ok… I just wish I’d known when I ordered that a few months later they released a version with heavy duty wheels - as I’d probably have ordered that instead.

Great service - fantastic product and bomb proof for protecting your gear… thank you 🙏

Great products - very sturdy and well-made. Very resilient and look great even after multiple trips - with multiple airlines. Great service. Very responsive. Fast delivery with great communication.

Great case not tried it at the airport yet, comes with a rain cover and spare wheel my only issue was the lock setting on the TSA lock it does not match the instructions on the small tag that comes with the case. but sure I can sort it will just have to google it. Well worth the £200 so far

We are thrilled with our new suitcase - excellent design features, high quality materials and construction leading to a superb product. The wheel housing is particularly sturdy and with the removable wheels for this important and vulnerable area, damage in handling (which we have suffered from in the past) should be prevented. We are also very impressed with the interior design incorporating covered compartments which prevent movement of contents.
We had need to contact the supplier for clarification on the TSA locks and were impressed by the prompt response and guidance given.
Overall, the product and service has been highly commendable and we have no hesitation in recommending this product.
