I wanted the pattern for the shawl I saw at Newark show, but there were none left so was disappointed until the stall holder said no problem you can get from website . Which I did very excited to start this when I finish current project.

I met Ed and saw the fabulous Madrigal yarn at Unravel Autumn. Fabulous is the best word I can use - because it is beautiful, gorgeous, wonderful, colourful….. Seriously, I wanted to buy virtually every colourway. Finance meant I could only buy one pack today - but like Terminator “I’ll be back”!!
Ed is a real pleasure to talk to. Positive and informative. This is yarn shopping at its best.
If you get a chance to see the yarn in person, take it. No photo can do it justice.

Excellent customer service

What amazing customer service! I saw a sock set on a YouTube podcast so went to the web site to buy one. It was slightly different from the one I'd seen, but Ed checked for me and found a stray set! The yarn is wonderful, too. So soft and squishy with beautiful vibrant colours. The sock sets are an 80g main skein and 20g mini which I'd never seen before, but makes perfect sense. I only ever use 60 to 70g of the main colour for a pair of socks so there is less left over.
All in all, everything was perfect and I have no hesitation in recommending Madrigal Yarns to all crafters.

I met Eddie at the Buxton Wool Gathering yesterday. He had the most colourful stall by far, and he was extremely helpful when I was choosing yarns. The yarns themselves are vibrant and soft, can't wait to get knitting with them.
