Calli is an excellent agent who went above and beyond to understand the property, arrange viewings and provided feedback promptly. There is also a useful portal where you can track the viewings and feedback. Once a sale is agreed, Calli, Claire and Becky did an amazing job in communicating with the buyers, buyer's solicitors, mortgage brokers, managing agents and your own solicitors to ensure the relevant documentation is being processed and information is being properly communicated. They are very knowledgeable and understood the various lender and leasehold requirements that needed to be navigated. I would recommend them for any property transactions.

Calli Archard is one of the best property agents I've ever encountered in London. She had been the one assisting me in my recent apartment purchase around Royal Victoria. She knew both the property and the neighborhood really well and was able to provide useful advice. Most importantly, she was very familiar with the entire process with the conveyancers. With her constant follow up with solicitors from both sides, we managed to complete the deal in about 2.5 months time, just before stamp duty went up, which saved me a significant amount of additional expense.
