dont like it they dont gave me free…

dont like it they dont gave me free gift with purchase but some glitch come i delete my order in cart but free gift can’t delete i gonforward and order it that free gift claim i got massage its shipped and come on that day but never if they not want to shipped wht they send massge that shipped track here ?

Great Customer Service

I am always skeptical with trying out jewellery companies, would normally just pop into Hatton gardens.

But Luxsy jewels was recommended to me and by far the best customer service I have received in a while.

Honest & straightforward, I can’t wait to surprise my sister with bracelet for her birthday ☺️

10/10 best of the best

My husband brought me a bracelet quite some time ago and all honesty it is absolutely beautiful. It still shines all now it doesn’t discolour or anything. "I ordered from Luxsy Jewels online and I am blown away! The pieces are even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship is top-tier, the gold quality is solid and the designs are so unique - perfect for events and everyday wear. Shipping was fast and the customer service was very helpful when I had questions. 10/10 service and quality. Highly recommend!"
