I have used this Company once before, so when 10 days ago I had to succumb to a virus that's in the vicinity and I had a special gift needed, and unable to go shop I turned to them.
Within 4 days of order a really pretty necklace, arrived, securely wrapped and nicely presented, all I need to do is to put it in a pretty little gift bag. NO. It didn't cost an arm and a leg. Will definitely be using them again.

I had ordered 3 pairs of earrings they were lovely but the 3rd pair did not hang right
They were the largest of the three so I don't think I will be wearing them. Overall I was pleased with the service.

The address for the company in London is not legit. I don’t think they are really a uk based company. The address given is for meeting rooms to rent in Covent Garden.

This is the second time I have bought jewellery from here. Last summer I bought 2 pairs of earrings they are beautiful and still have not tarnished and I’ve worn them loads. This year I bought a necklace that was lovely but unfortunately the clasp broke the first time I wore it. However Chris @customer services was very helpful offered me a solution and sorted it straight away thank you would dedicate buy from here again

I bought the gold plated quartz heart necklace at the end of January and the gold plating has worn off the heart already. Less than 3 months. I was very careful and never wore it in the shower, or to bed. I don’t use body lotion or perfume as I am sensitive to it. The plating hasn’t worn off the necklace chain, just from around the heart charm.
The prices are low but products don’t last long. It looks silly now with gold necklace and silver heart so can’t wear anymore. Shame as I had loads of compliments when it was new.

Loce the earrings I bought, great quality. Dispatched quickly and came in a lovely little pouch bag.

The bracelet itself was beautiful but far too big. It slid extremely easily off my wrist and the fact I had to pay to return it had put me off buying from yourselves again

I ordered the leopard earrings which I LOVE but the butterfly at the back was loose. I emailed the company and received a new pair within days. Chris was so accommodating, brilliant customer service. Will definitely use this company again.

Amazing customer service one item arrived broken I contacted on the Saturday and I had my replacement by the Tuesday and this was between the Xmas and new year period absolutely outstanding customer

I bought a turquoise ring which is a statement piece. It had a minor defect once I noticed and complained I was sent a replacement in 2 days. It’s well made and beautiful my only issue is it very difficult to expand its sizes

Absolute rip off. Plastic rubbish. I've kept the earrings as they are what I wanted to look at but the quality is dreadful. Pat Butcher would be appalled.
