Amazing, but awful website
I LOVE Love2Shop, like genuinely, it's a great product and has saved me a fortune over the years. But the website, oh goodness. Half the time the 2 factor authentication code takes so long to come through it's expired and I litearlly can't login, I've never known anything like it.

I am also sorry to hear that you're having issues with the website and receiving the one time passcode. That is something we are trying to correct, but in the meantime please could you give us a call directly on 0344 375 0739 so that we can take you through security and then we should be able to verbally provide the one time passcode for you.
Our open hours are 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays.
You won't need to call us each time as you can select to trust the device you are logging in to and then we won't need to issue another one time passcode for a while.

Problem solving sorted .Quickly and politely
I phoned love 2 shop call line today and eventually spoke to a lovely polite young man name Liam . I had had a problem using my gift card in Boots but I must say that this young man sorted the problem very swiftly and politely. I can honestly say he's a credit to your company.

I cannot access my account as your one time passcode does not arrive in my email inbox for 6 to 8 minutes after signing in and expires before I can enter it.
I am in the us and cannot afford to make overseas calls to access my passport code. Your verification process is inadequate.

Wrong card sent, no response when trying to rectify
Ordered a physical gift card through their website, they sent me an email confirmation with the correct details and then sent me the wrong gift card. I do not want to use the one they have sent yet have contacted them multiple times via email and received no response after weeks now. Very disappointed.

Contact Forms Broken
They sent a Cineworld card that expired on the same day they sent it. Tried to claim it the day after. Both of their contact forms are broken so have no clear way of getting in touch or resolving the issue.
Update: They have now resolved this and extended the expiry of my gift card.

Complicated and disappointing.
I have been stuck in a loop of not being able to activate the card and therefore not being able to use the card. I tried to use it in store at M&S but was told it needed to be activated. I tried to do that and got an error code, I then emailed and the response was that the card is invalid but with no information on how to use the card?
When I check the balance online it says it has £30 on it.
Overall, I've been left confused by the whole process and disappointed I am not able to spend the voucher my brother bought me for Christmas.

Give cash, NOT vouchers with expiry dates! Love2shop vouchers have short expiry dates in small print, presumably designed to steal from both the giver and receiver of their vouchers. ( I can't actually understand why, once tried, never repeated and a bad review, instead of repeat purchases/good reviews). I found them impossible to contact other than by writing an earlier review and was told,(politely), that it was my fault I had failed to spend the voucher in time. I agree but there should not be an expiry date, the voucher had been paid for.

We do our best to make the expiry date as clear as possible. The expiry date is printed on the card and card carrier, and, if the card is registered, it is also displayed within your Love2shop account. We also provide information about expiry dates in our online FAQs and Terms & Conditions.
As the gift card was provided to you by a corporate organisation, it was intended to be used within the stated validity period. As the funds were originally purchased by the company rather than by you, unfortunately we’re unable to replace the card or reinstate the balance once it has expired.
We appreciate that you would prefer vouchers without an expiry date, and we’re sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way. Our gift cards are valid for a generous period, but we do encourage all recipients to check the expiry date and use their card within the validity period.

I purchased a Love2 Shop voucher off their website. However I have noticed on my credit card statement they have took 2 payments of £30 instead of one.
