First, it was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase that I would be required to pay customs charges. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and misleading.
Secondly, the bib tights I purchased began to come apart at the seam after only a couple of weeks of normal use. This is clearly a manufacturing fault. When I submitted a warranty claim, I was informed that under your Terms & Conditions, return shipping costs are my responsibility.
I find this policy unreasonable and contrary to standard consumer protection principles. Under consumer law in many jurisdictions, when a product is faulty, the seller is responsible for all costs associated with repair, replacement, or return. Asking me to pay £30–£40 to return a defective product that cost £50 is not acceptable.

This was the first and last time i would purchase from you

I have recently ordered my son a helmet , dispite lord gun cycles claiming they have Uk base my item has been dispatched from abroad! UPS have asked for additional charges to be pain almost a 3rd again of the cost ! No tracking number has been provided by lording cycles and now ups claim they can’t find item ! Keep your money this company is a joke !!appalling shocking service

items maybe sent from eu well the item still hasn’t turned up n your company are just making excuses ! Where is the helmet I paid over the odds for and 1/3 again in taxes as despite you saying you had a uk base poor service poor customer care and excuse after excuse ! Where is my sons helmet useless company who obviously don’t have a care in the world about thier customers ! DO NOT USE BUY FROM A CREDIBLE COMPANY !!

Bought 4 cycling helmet. Great prices after discounts for top brand products. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, which was no problem.

Everything shipped and arrived promptly, items in a very competitive Price and as described. Definitely would buy again

Don't buy from here you may save 1 or 2 euros but its not worth it. Sent wrong tyre total wrecked my weekend then went dark on email just don't do it to yourself

Great price and quality of product.

I have never been compelled to write a bad review but in dealing with Lordgun I had to.
I returned two tyres that unfortunately did not fit my bike wheels, they were extremely tight. Fine, I packaged them up in a shipping bag from another cycling complany, in which I received some items, the bag was in perfect condition, other than it had been previously opened. I ensured the bag was taped up extremely well and posted to Irongun. Please bear in mind the tyres had been issued to me in a bag from Lordgun themselves, not boxed up then bagged, just a bag.
Lordgun contacted me to advise the bag had arrived in unsuitable (not damaged) packaging, no mention of damaged tyres and that they would not be accepting my refund and I had to pay them postage to return the tyres back to me (?!).
I have tried now on a few occasions to refute this but they have remained adamant that they will not refund me (they have now forgotten about the demand for me to pay them to post back), even though the tyres are clearly undamaged. The reason being unsuitable packing.
My argument to this is how can anyone be responsible for how your post is handled once in transit?
I have received no photos, nothing. So there is no evidence, just their word.
Having now seen other reviews of this company, I wish I had not purchased from them.

NB:

Response from Lordgun just proves my point. No damage to the tyres whatsoever, but they will not issue a refund because the packaging was not the ‘specific’ packaging they suggest it should be. They can happily re-sell the tyres and leave me out of pocket. Double bubble for them - sorry but they are scammers!

I ordered Magura MT7 brakes, and they were delivered from Italy to the UK within two days. Even with import duties, the overall cost was more economical.

I’ve order a number of items for delivery to the UK. Despite Lordgun being in Italy I’ve always received the items the next day. That’s quicker than if I order from within the uk. Quality service and items always spot on.

Fast shipping at very fair prices, everything I ordered arrived and is legit, great service!

Den letzten Kontakt zum Shop hatte ich im November.
Es wurde mir eine Unterschrift zu einem von zwei Paketen von DPD gesendet. Ich weiß selber, dass ich ein Paket angenommen/abgeholt habe.

Bis heute aber keine Erstattung, kein Ersatz des defekten Laufrades und keine Kommunikation mehr von Seiten des Shops. Vermutlich würde man mich nur darüber in Kenntnis setzen, dass man noch ein weiteres halbes Jahr recherchieren muss.

Also, wenn ihr dieses Erlebnis auch haben möchtet, gerne dort bestellen und wohlfühlen.

Ich kann nur jedem potenziellen Kunden den Rat geben, nicht bei diesem Händler zu bestellen.

Ich habe hier 06/2025 einen Laufradsatz im Wert von knapp 4.000 € bestellt, da er nirgends anders lieferbar war. Ich kannte den Händler bisher nicht. Ich habe per Vorkasse (Debit-Karte) bezahlt und die Ware wurde auch kurzfristig in den vom mir gewünschten Paket-Shop geliefert (DPD). Die Lieferung bestand aus zwei Paketen, je Laufrad eines. Nachdem ich die Abholbenachrichtigung erhalten hatte, bin ich zu Fuß zum Paket-Shop und habe eines von beiden Paketen abgeholt, mehr konnte ich gleichzeitig nicht tragen. Zuhause angekommen, habe ich das Paket ausgepackt und musste feststellen, dass eine Speiche gebrochen war. Im Fall dieses Laufradsatzes ist das irreparabel. Ich habe das umgehend dem Händler gemeldet, ich habe wie gewünscht Fotos von Defekt, Verpackung und Seriennummer gemacht und übermittelt. Der Händler teilte mir mit, dass er einen Garantieantrag beim Hersteller gestellt hat. Ich habe anschließend noch etwas über das Produkt bzw. den Fall nachgedacht und anschließend vom Rückgaberecht gebrauch gemacht, was mir auch bestätigt wurde. Das zweite Paket habe ich aus diesem Grund nicht mehr aus dem Paket-Shop abgeholt. Der Händler hatte ein paar Tage später noch die Bitte geäußert, dass ich das Paket noch abholen sollte, zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es aber bereits zu spät dafür. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich mehrfach um eine Rücksendeadresse oder ein Rücksendelabel und Erstattung des im Voraus bezahlten Betrags gebeten. Leider ist bis zum heutigen Tag, Ende 11/2025 nichts dergleichen geschehen. Das Tracking von DPD zeigt keine Zustellung des nicht angenommenen Pakets an und als Empfänger erhalte ich auch keine Auskunft von DPD. Es gibt nun noch sehr sporadischen Mailverkehr mit Verweis vom Händler auf DPD. Nach meinem Verständnis ist aber DPD nicht mein Vertragspartner.

TLDR Wer zu viel Geld hat, kann es hier ohne großen Aufwand und auch ohne Gegenleistung loswerden.

No recomiendo la pintura para shimano ultegra. Hay esmaltes de uñas que seguro hacen mejor el apaño. Pintura mate, sin brillo, pintura no lacada. El tono para las manetas es mas oscuro y para el plato mas claro. Por el precio y opiniones esperaba algo mejor pero no👎 No cumple expectativas. El de endurance parece que da mejores resultados pero el de ultegra no. Claramente no.

Took a while to be delivered but I knew that would be the case. I'm in the UK and it came from Italy with no problems, also didn't get hit with any import fees. Package arrived in perfect condition and I'm very happy, I will be using this site again.

I have used this company on many occasions and never had any problems, orders delivery quickly.

I have used Lordgun several times. As long as the parts are in stock I have found they are usually very competitive. You have to take into account the shipping which costs more so worth it when buying at least 2 items or more. Shipping is usually quite quick taking into consideration its coming to the UK from Italy. I will continue to use them.
