Had problems with poor coverage and dropping signal in Spain. Dawn was very helpful offering different solutions and advice.
Seems like upgrades on the network are causing issues, so it remains to be seen if it improves over time.

Super helpful
I called my mobile phone provider Lobster yesterday as I didn't have any internet. Jose B was really helpful. Because of the type of phone I had, I needed to hang up to do the reset. He called me back to check that everything was ok. Great customer service.

Excellent service this morning, the adviser that talked to me was called Tara, she talked me through all I had to do several time and called me back twice, I am now very happy my phone is working again, so happy I know that when I call lobster I will always receive an excellent service

Lost phone
Lost my phone on holiday. Kyle helped by arranging delivery of a new sim to my home adress and freezing my number. Kyle dealt with the issue and sorted it quickly and efficiently.

My new phone was not working, so I called and spoke to Kyle.S.
He patiently went through all the checks and sent me directions to reset my mobile data. Twenty minutes later the phone was up and running.
