I haven’t received my Lift efoil just yet because I only ordered it two days ago. But, so far, Customer Service has been quick in addressing a shipping concern; as well as shipping my order. They were very pleasant on the phone.

Ordering the correct model needs a lot of attention to detail due to all the different options, for a new person to foiling it can be disappointing especially when you are paying top dollar for the foil.

Looks like you shipped within 24 hours. Really appreciate it. Would be good to give the customer an ETA. I saw shipping was two dollars and I thought that sounds like the cheapest way to ship and I would have paid for two or three day delivery versus a week. Not sure when it's coming and the tracking doesn't tell me yet.

Just bought my 3rd Lift Board!
Just bought my 3rd Lift Board in the past 3 years. Started with a Lift 5’4 Lift4 and have now graduated to a 4’8 LiftX and a 5’2 Laird Lift5. Take out the boards 2X a week into the ocean surf and completely hooked. So meditative, fun and a different challenge every day. Outstanding work Lift team making such high quality boards and a great tech support team!

Poor quality products
Poor quality products. My foil mast base developed cracks and no help whatsoever from the company. Very disappointing.

No Customer Care or Support
Lift claims to be an industry leader and promises that "When you purchase Lift Foils products, you’re not just buying equipment, you’re investing in a lifetime of customer care." That is a lie.
I purchased a brand new e-foil in March 2025 (with a 2 year warranty), and the board stopped working while riding on June 5, 2026. Since that time, support has ignored my messages and when they did respond it took more than 2 weeks. Support missed scheduled appointments and has done almost nothing they said they would do. I was finally shipped a replacement part, but it was not the part needed to fix the problem. I immediately contacted support who on 8/12 promised to ship the correct replacement part overnight. as of 8/20, I have still not received the correct replacement part or any confirmation that it is on the way. I scheduled a call with support for this morning 8/20 and the call was confirmed. No one called.
DO NOT BUY a Lift Foil. Although E-foiling is great and the board rides nicely, being out $10,000 with a unrideable e-foil that is under warranty with no-one to fix it but Lift whose investment in "customer care" does not exists, is not acceptable.

The battery needed a firmware update of…
The battery needed a firmware update of which I was not aware. My granddaughter and I got stranded over a mile from our dock on our very first ride. We had to flag down a boat to get towed home and during the rescue, the board bumped the rear swim deck of the boat and sustained a bad scratch and a gouge to the deck pad. Not a great start to owning a 15k piece of equipment. Also, my battery on/off switch seems to be defective as it requires multiple attempts before it responds and often doesn’t respond at all.
