I purchased the ANCHEER Folding Electric Bike for Adults (374Wh, 20MPH, 14" Foldable Model) and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The battery is advertised to last 20–50 miles, yet even with a lightweight 11‑year‑old riding on flat neighborhood streets, it only lasts about 20–30 minutes. We provided every photo and piece of evidence showing the battery is defective, but ANCHEER refused to honor their 1‑year warranty and made excuses instead. Terrible product and even worse customer service. I will never buy from ANCHEER again.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was easy, and well communicated.
The assembly of the bike was easy, especially after reading the instructions.

Overall I love this bike. It looks, feels and rides like a regular mountian bike, with the exception it has pedal assit for the hills that are too steep for manual.

Bike showed up in good condition, assembly was a little tricky with all the different models in one manual. Front fender was unusable as it got bent in shipping, the chain guard screws were in the way of the chain. Both were successfully deleted and the bike works great now. Recommended to de and re grease the chain. Not bad for the price point

The product worked great but it took at least a week longer to receive it. I thought I had been scammed 😎

We have put over hundreds of miles on our bikes so far. I have recommended to multiple friends and always got smile when they came back around the block. 5 out of five stars would recommend

UPDATE- it has now been five days since this issue of my new bike not working properly was sent to senior service management. Have not heard anything directly from senior service management. Emailed once again and received a response now saying that my potential replacement part that may or may not fix the problem will now be delayed until September, which will bring us to about three months since I received my bike that does not work properly. This is beyond frustrating. Wish I could talk to an actual person. This customer service is the worst I have experienced ever.

Bike arrived damaged. There was no cap cover on the rear wheel and the wires are loose causing an error code that won’t allow speed to change. I have attempted to correct this issue with customer service many times and only received back poorly worded emails that all said the same thing that they were going to try to get me a replacement part, but that it would not arrive for at least a month. I have now had the bike for seven weeks and it still does not work properly and I am still waiting for an unknown amount of time for the replacement part that may or may not fix my bike. Cannot talk to a person in service department to try to correct this issue. Very poor customer service.

The front forks are loose and they don't have any way to titen them with out a press no nut on the goss neck like normal bikes

Order was easy. Even customer service was good as I had an issue with fence and they are sending a new one. The bikes themselves so far are great and work as advertised. Only put 50 miles on them but so far so good.

Good communication. Only wished I could have exchanged rather than received a refund and then have to reorder. Also had to pay nearly $50 for shipping to return item.

1. Firstly, the order process was easy. The bike arrived on the specified date, June 27th.
2. My son and I put it together on June 28th. Straight out of the box, we noticed some issues...
- Sticker on the rim seems to be scratched off. Pic attached.
- Tires were dusty.
- Front fork - right side, was bruised. Pic attached.
3. The instruction manual that came with the bike, was not very clear and specific to this model. However, the assembly video attached to my order was helpful. It took us about 1.5 hours to put together.
4. In either case, it does not explain that the front disk brake...has some plastic in the middle. The only way to remove it, is to loosen the disk brakes. This took us a long time to figure out. Then, the plastic fell out...the tire slid in easily. This usually messes with the wheel alignment.

I already did over 280 miles on this bike in a month some with and some without power, both ways it does awesome job. It rides pretty good, front suspension does make me comfortable and the gears help me climb hills easy. So I would recommend any one who wants to challenge themselves on riding long to have this. It gives me confidence to ride longer with the assistance of battery power. Over all a good choice of mine

When I took the bike out of the box, the front fender was broken

My experience with Ancheer has been extremely disappointing. I made my purchase expecting to receive the advertised cashback through Extrabux after following all of the required terms.

After waiting months for the cashback to be processed, Extrabux repeatedly told me they were waiting on Ancheer to verify the transaction. Five months later, I was informed that Ancheer never responded to their requests, leaving me with no cashback and no resolution.

If that's true, it's a poor way to treat paying customers. Businesses that participate in cashback promotions should honor their commitments and respond promptly to their marketing partners. Ignoring verification requests only hurts the customer who made the purchase in good faith.

Whether the breakdown was due to poor communication or a lack of follow-through, the end result is the same: I was left empty-handed after months of waiting. I expected better customer service and accountability from Ancheer. Based on my experience, I'd think twice before relying on any promotions or cashback offers associated with this company.

Delivery was longer than expected. The instructions were difficult to understand. The pictures didn’t reflect the bike that I bought and they were drawings instead of real pictures. I needed help to put it together and to understand. I’m new to bikes

Honestly giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star is difficult but I feel it is definitely deserved. The bike is amazing, after the setup it rides amazing, the E-Bike modes are all super nice, and everything was included.

The problem I had with mine was the manual was inaccurate with the brake system, the image displayed was of a brake system completely different than mine and it took me an hour of my own fiddling, research, and trial and error to figure out the solution to get it lined up right.

Also the manual (online OR physical) does not give an in depth explanation to the modes on the display, functions, or simple troubleshooting if certain functions don’t work.

An example being my throttle wasn’t working or my horn. Turns out a connector was undone either in shipping or otherwise and I had no idea. Took another hour of research that would’ve been unnecessary if it was included in the manual. And with such a purchase, it should.

Last con is that the bike seat is fastened to the rod via a hex-bolt that is not removable via any tools provided with the bike. The bike seat is very uncomfortable, but thats acceptable as it’s cheap to buy a new one to one’s preference. However when I got mine I realized the hex-bolt was bigger than all the tools provided and my personal tools didn’t fit either and was very frustrating.

Despite these initial hangups, this is a very nice bike and I am very happy to have bought it.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery

I’m giving this company a three because of the speedy delivery. I would give them a zero as far as customer service. We received two brand new bikes, and the two front fenders were broken and the one front wheel was bent. After sending them at least three emails because you cannot call them, I have received no response. So far this date is June 8, 2026. I will continue to post if I have still not received any response from them. Please check all parts before you assemble.
It is now June 26th and we still do not have the new parts. One of them is the front wheel to one of the bikes. They keep telling me to be patient but I am very upset. We can not use one of the bikes because of this, not to mention the 2 broken front fenders. If I do not receive these I will have to report this Company. I’m loosing patience with this.
It is now July 11th and the company says they are mailing our fenders that were broke. The front wheel has still not shipped. There is no date given as to when we will receive it.

The trikes absolutely more than I thought they would be. We are seniors and due to a health condition I can not ride a bicycle anymore. We have had so much fun the past few days riding through the neighborhood. The delivery was very fast, the assembly was a bit time-consuming; but my husband did one the first day we got them and the other the next day.

Costumer service was great, very fast to respond and helped me out to change the model and color for me! Recommend 100%! Exited to have the bike here and test drive!

The price was amazing and the shipping so fast
