Came across this website looking for a new wall mounted postbox, however the one we had our eye on was not in stock, so rang the company to check if it would be back in soon, spoke to a lovely lady, so helpful, who said that she would e mail us when back in stock, in between we had another visit to the site and found one very similar just a slight variation and ordered it, really strong well built postbox which I’m sure will stand the test of time, it looks great and our postman loves it 😁 the lady did indeed e mail us as she’d promised to let us know the original choice was back in stock, but informed her we had ordered an alternative and were very happy with it.
It’s not surprising the reviews for this company are good, they have a good product and great customer service, don’t hesitate to use them.

Wanted to buy new Allux 7000 letterbox in Black but was out of stock last week. Called Amy to ask for help and she arrange for product to be restocked and I ordered yesterday and it arrived well packaged by 10am today. Great service and lovely product.

5 years ago we purchased 34 external letterboxes for our block of flats. Letterboxbox4you were so helpful and guided us through the procurement process painlessly. The boxes look as good now as when we first took delivery and the residents are very happy with their own secure boxes. We recently had to buy a new lock to match our master key and customer services sorted it out in a couple of days. I can strongly recommend the company and all their very friendly staff.

My letterbox was despatched promptly. After only a few days I noticed the letter flap was sticking. Letterbox4you asked me to send photos and to work through some possible solutions. When these didn’t work, they sent me a replacement letterbox. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how the supplier deals with it that’s important. Letterbox4you handled my issue promptly and professionally. I’m very happy to recommend them.

I researched a few products/companies before contacting Letterbox4you. I hadn't been able to find the right product-type or colour combination I was looking for. When I contacted Letterbox4you, they were very helpful in offering the product I wanted, even though it wasn't one of the standard options available on their website. It was refreshing to find a company that is prepared to provide a service to the customer, rather than simply having a 'take it or leave it' attitude.

I needed a replacement lock for a postbox but wasn't sure of the model of lock I needed. Amy was super helpful and looked at the pics I supplied and identified which lock I'd need immediately. She got back to me straight away and my new lock is on its way - same day as I enquired. Brilliant service ! Thanks Amy.

Needed some replacement pins for holding the letterbox flaps in place for our office building. They sent me a load of them free of charge and were very apologetic.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but the "customer service" I experienced was shocking.

We purchased an in-wall letterbox that unfortunately was too small for the pillars being built. We literally took the letterbox out of the packaging to measure it in it's extended position and quickly realised that we had made a mistake and it was too small. We're having a lot of building work going on at the moment so life is pretty hectic.

We contacted Letterbox4you to arrange the return, which we were kind of dreading due to it being such a large box. They were quick to reply with return instructions, but took no responsibility in helping with a courier and only informed us to send it back in the original packaging - a hassle to arrange your own courier for such a large item when you have lots of other things going on, but fine, not the end of the world. I carefully packaged the letterbox in all of the original packaging and left it in my lounge (which isn't part of the building site) until I had time to venture to a post office in my car.

About a week later (still within the 30 days return period), I go to the post office and find my cheapest option for return is Parcel Force which was £15.45, again not horrendous, but annoying considering I had already paid LetterBox4You £10 for shipping, essentially meaning I was £25 out of pocket for something that wasn't suitable, but kind of my fault as I shouldn't have rush ordered and checked the sizes with the builder before ordering.

In the meantime I bought another letterbox from them and thought it was job done, I'll receive a refund for the returned item shortly. How wrong I was...

They emailed us photos saying the item had been badly damaged in return transit and it was out of their 30 day refund period so they can't refund me. With everything else going on at the moment, this is the last expense I need, being out of pocket for £179.99 + £15.45 return shipping. I decided to give them a call to talk through it as felt they should have a level of responsibility for returned items given the size etc and that I had returned it to them exactly as instructed in their original packaging. I thought maybe a partial refund of sorts would be reasonable and make me feel less bitter about the loss.

I rang them and was greeted with someone who sounded nice to begin with, so I was also being polite as I understood it's a tricky situation. Her attitude quickly changed when she realised what I was calling about and she became extremely defensive, accusing me of damaging the item before re-packing it and sending it back - which I never did, like previously mentioned I took it out of the box to simply only measure it, it never left my house until I took it to the post office. She then also said I didn't return it within their 30 day returns policy and she started talking over me. I quizzed her as to what the dates were and apparently I had ordered the item on the 9th Sept and they received it back on the 9th October, to which I replied that's 30 days... She then responded it's 31 days and I said you cant include the date of order, it's 30 days from when I receive the goods. If I applied the same logic to my return, I was well within the 30 days as I sent it on the 6th October! She sent me images of the damaged item and it was apparent that the couriers must have damaged it during transit, but I'm still massively out of pocket after returning an item exactly how I was told to return it. To then be greeted with rudeness and false accusations put an even more sour taste in my mouth. Honestly, it's by far the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I was willing to negotiate a partial refund as they should take a level of responsibility and I don't have any parcel force insurance to cover me because it already cost £15.45 to return without insurance! I've had to now go down the route of a dispute with my card issuer due to their complete lack of customer service.

I wish I didn't buy the other post box from them now.

Ordered a letter box when it arrived it did not suite the position we wanted it for rang the company with our issue and they advised no problem they sent us all the necessary instruction to return the goods and advised us as long as it was not damaged in anyway and in the condition it was sent out we would get a full refund. within a few days of them having received back the letterbox we received a full refund aftercare service was great.

Nice postbox, however beware that if you need to return it, it's almost guaranteed to be damaged due to the nature of the product even if supplied packaging and same courier is used.

We're not entirely sure the damage was on return, and not on delivery with us. We have learned a valuable lesson, but can't help thinking that damaged returns and partial refunds are profitable procedures for the company.

I placed an order for 10 postboxes after speaking with Amy. The turnaround time was quick. Amy kept me fully updated and even made arrangements for a convenient delivery for me, which was much appreciated.
The whole transaction was seamless and I would definitely recommend this company.

We are shortly moving home and wanted a letter/parcel box, on having a general look around we noticed this company on Ebay selling new and "seconds" box's. After thinking over the options for a day we went back to purchase the "seconds" box and it had unfortunately been sold, so I messaged the company asking if they would contact us if they had another box become available. We promptly heard back from Amy in Customer Services. She advised that they had two different box's that had become available, described the damage on each in detail (advised the paint touch ups that would be done), promptly emailed photos of the box's and prices. We made a decision and the box arrived the next day, well packaged with full tracking details via DPD, unless you were looking, you wouldn't notice the damage, so pleased and massively discounted. Thank you Amy for your help and great customer service.

Order a postbox 2 weeks ago .dropped outside the property by the courier DPD and someone helped themselves to the postbox. Contacted letterbox 5 day ogo to report issue and still awaiting a reply. The phone keeps going to answer phone. Not a good experience considering the price bracket.
Update got a call from letterbox today and the issue was corrected hence now 4 stars. It all about how a company reacts to a mistake by their courier DPD. In this case the took full responsibility.would I recommend YES

Title says it all - quality product, speedy delivery & easy to fit.

I placed an order for a premium 'through wall' letterbox in stainless steel. It was more than anybody should pay for a letterbox, but my fears subsided when I saw the quality of the item, and the care with which it had been packaged and swiftly delivered! If I am ever in need of a second 'premium letterbox' I shall go to letterbox4you first!
