We would like to apologise that the situation was not handled as well as it should have been. While, for insurance and health & safety reasons, we are unable to load customer vehicles directly, this should have been clearly explained to you at the time. In addition, our team should have ensured you were supported appropriately by offering guidance and making the process as manageable as possible.
