Let's drive Albanie à fuir a toute vitesse !!!!) refus de me emettre le véhicule loué et payé (inclus dans ma reservation) sous pretexte de non conformité de ma carte qui a qui plus est, les 2 options (debit et credit) la personne a eté desagreable, intimidante, il a refusé de faire le choisir de l'option Credit au moment du paiement de l'assurance qu'il m'a imposé. Il avait la preuve sous les yeux mais rien a faire.... ! Comment denonncer tous ces arnaqueurs, voleurs dans ce genre de situation ubuesque !!? Et comment obtenir réparation du prejudice subi ?!! J'ai contacté mon agence de voyage (voyage privé) ils ont boté en touche ! Ce sont des complices !!! A fuir aussi !

Un très bon locataire de voitures à l’aéroport de Tirana en Albanie, les employés sont super sympa et serviable, ont pris le temps de bien expliquer des choses. Ils nous ont donné plein de conseils pour le voyage. La voiture était une Hyundai Bayon toute neuve. Je peux que recommander cette agence, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil cordial !

Seamless experience for us, great people, very nice car. We were very happy with our experience, got a great car, the whole process was very smooth start to finish. Good to know: Airport shuttle is primarily branded as CarWiz (co-located and share cars), and if you arrive earlier, you may have to wait up to 10 mins for collection (nature of shuttle going to and from a 3 min away location). Obviously double check you have a valid physical credit (not debit) card with sufficient balance. With that out of the way, the process was super smooth, quick. Much quicker than my regular experience with car sharing, so we had plenty of time to spare. Staff super pleasant from shuttle driver to rental personnel. Prices amazing. Definitely coming back again.

Das Auto über Check24 in Albanien gebucht und bezahlt, samt Vollkaskoversicherung.
Da wir das Auto als Transport fürs Gleitschirmfliegen verwenden wollten, haben wir genau die AGB vorher gelesen. Alles passte.
Dann bei der Abholung plötzlich eine nachvertägliche Bedingungen, OffRoad-verbot!
Unterschrift Pflicht!
Das ist NÖTIGUNG und AUSBEUTUNG!
Wir verzögerten, schauten die Autos bei den umliegenden Vermietern an, deutlich teuerer. Ein Auto für den selben Preis erst am folgenden Tag wieder über Check24.
Nun den Nachvertrag doch unterschrieben.

Am Tag 3 war es soweit. Eine unbefestigte Straße!
Am Abend haben wir dann gesehen dass wir per WhatsApp angeschrieben wurden, „Siebefahren eine unbefestigte Straße und müssen diese sofort verlassen.“

Danach haben wir das Auto abgestellt und mussten täglich 40,€ fürs Taxi ausgeben, weil für uns keine Nutzung (Startplatz zum Fliegen hatte eine 1,4 km unbefestigte Strasse) mehr hatte.

Natürlich wurde uns 400,€ Kaution als Strafe fürs nutzen von offroad Straßen abgebucht. Eine Frechheit.

ACHTUNG!! Niemals hier buchen. Das „Unternehmen“ ist nicht seriös. Wir hatten über Check24 einen Mietwagen auf Korfu mit Vollkaskoversicherung. Wir wurden dann ohne eigenes Verschulden angefahren( unser Auto stand still und es musste sich unbedingt jemand daran vorbei drängeln. Naja, man sehe ich nur die Autos dort an, dann weiß man Bescheid. Wir haben direkt am selben Tag mit Lets Drive am Flughafen, an dem wir das Auto abgeholt haben, telefoniert und den Schaden bekanntgegeben und sowohl Unfallbericht und auch eigene Beschreibung des Unfallhergangs dorthin gemailt. Man sagte uns, das wir alle Unterlagen (Polizeibericht etc.) am Tag der Rückgabe mitbringen sollten, was wir gemacht haben. Zuhause zurück haben wir über Check24 alles Geforderte hochgeladen und die Erstattung der Auslage angefordert. Bis sich Lets Drive gemeldet hat, hat es wirklich MONATE und einige Anmahnungen von Check24 gebraucht. Nun heute das Ergebnis der Recherche von Lets Drive. Abgelehnt, weil wir angeblich den Schaden nicht am selben Tag gemeldet haben. Was nachweisbar nicht korrekt ist. Ich habe den ausgehenden Telefonanruf und auch die rausgesendete Email an die Lets Drive Bude am Flughafen. Das ist ABZOCKE von Touristen. Bucht bitte woanders! Wenn Letzs Drive das doch noch gradebiegen möchte, sollte uns hierüber eine Telefonnummer mitgeteilt werden. Aber bei den Bewertungen hier, gehe ich stark von Absicht aus.

Verhouding huurprijs en auto is prima. Auto gehuurd in Athene. Ophalen en afleveren zonder problemen. Netjes opgehaald en weggebracht van en naar het vliegveld door chauffeur Akis. Hij was er snel en reed top.

Heel tevreden over Mathieu: rustig, vriendelijk en alles goed uitgelegd. En veel tips meegekregen. Echt een aanrader!

Loueur à éviter. cette agence n'accepte pas les cartes bancaires de banque en ligne, mais vous propose une assurance tout risque à la place (qui majore de 500 € le prix de la location). Ok, je sors une carte crédit en bonne et due forme, mais là on la refuse sans motif, donc soit on paie la majoration, soit on s'en va... Nous on est parti louer ailleurs. Mention spéciale pour l'amabilité, proche du zéro. On a trouvé notre bonheur chez d'autres loueurs bien plus sympas et abordables.

We rented a car from Let’s Drive Heraklion. The experience was unacceptable and unsafe:
• The first car (Suzuki Swift) had a faulty trunk strut – unsafe to use with luggage.
• The replacement car (an old, heavily scratched Opel Corsa) showed a constant tire pressure warning, even after inflating the tires.
• The air conditioning was almost non-functional, leaving us in extreme heat during summer in Crete.
• All of this happened while traveling with our 1.5-year-old baby, which made the situation even more concerning.

When we raised these issues, Let’s Drive dismissed them, claiming “no technical issues were found” afterwards. This ignores both the real safety risks and the poor customer experience we endured.

Bottom line: Unsafe vehicles, poor standards, and a customer service that takes no responsibility. Avoid Let’s Drive Heraklion if you value safety and peace of mind.

I rented a car through DiscoveryCars from a company called Let'sDrive. Of course, the website says that car pickup is at the airport. That’s not true, because someone picks you up from the airport and drives you to the office. At the office, there is no sign of Let'sDrive (the company we booked the car with) — everywhere you see the Carwiz logo. But when signing the contract, the company name is Xenos, which already smells fishy. When I looked at other people’s documents, I noticed yet more different company names, so who knows how many there really are.

On the DiscoveryCars website, we also purchased additional insurance. Unfortunately, it’s only valid with a credit card, not a debit card. Because of this, we had to pay an extra €145 for insurance, otherwise the reservation would be canceled. A great little trick for tourists: you book a car online, and then either you pay more, or you lose your reservation — either way, you lose money.

As for dealing with the office staff, these people have zero empathy. They seem so fed up with their jobs that they don’t care anymore. The woman treated every customer with superiority, without a shred of respect. On our departure, our flight was supposed to be delayed by an hour, so I called the office to explain the situation. The answer I got was that we were still within the allowed time slot (1 hour) and that was fine — but if we were late, we’d have to change the reservation. The problem was that it wasn’t even possible to change it anymore XD. I’m sure that if we had been more than an hour late, our reservation would’ve been canceled, just like what happened to other reviewers of this so-called rental company.

About the car itself: we had purchased that extra insurance, so in theory, we were safe. But the car was full of scratches, chips, etc. I assume that if we had left a deposit, all these defects would have been pinned on us, and they would’ve claimed it was our fault. That’s why I recommend thoroughly checking and preferably recording the car’s condition so you don’t run into problems later. The fuel situation is also laughable. Of course, you’re supposed to return the car with the same fuel level as when you got it. On the document, it said the car had 8/8 fuel bars. In reality, it had 7/8 — so clearly no one had checked it. If the customer doesn’t notice, they have to pay extra for fuel.

I do not recommend these people. It’s a shame their business relies on ripping people off.

Kreta. Da die Vouchers laut AGB nur bestimmte Zahlungsmethoden zulassen wurden wir zu einer doppelten Versicherung gedrängt. Aus unserer Sicht eine Betrugsmasche der in den 30 Minuten in denen wir vor Ort waren gleich 3 weitere Buchungen zum Opfer gefallen sind. Am Ende wurde der Mietpreis von jedem spontan verdoppelt.

Autovettura molto vecchia con molti chilometri percorsi, circa 143000 alla consegna. Consegnata con 2/8 di serbatoio, quindi è stato necessario fare subito rifornimento. Molti graffi e danni sullla carrozzeria, molto lungo il tempo di consegna per segnarli tutti e fare foto. Alla riconsegna abbiamo notato un danno che non era segnato in consegna, poi verificatane l'esistenza in noleggio precedente,

Una nota positiva va al servizio navetta gestito da una persona si nome Achis, molto gentile e disponibile.

J'ai l'habitude de louer des voitures dans le monde entier, je les conduis comme mon propre véhicule et fais attention à la rendre dans le meilleur état possible. Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes jusqu'à aujourd'hui avec Carwiz/ let's drive (même agence) . Déjà à la prise de véhicule, la jeune fille était aussi aimable qu'une surveillante de pénitentier, même sentiments d'ailleurs d'autres personnes rencontrées et qui ont eu à faire à elle. Aujourd'hui, je viens de prendre 800 € pour un sois disant impact dans le pare brise. Une honte ! Nous n'avons jamais roulé sur autre chose que des routes et on s'en serait aperçu ! Malheureusement sur les photos prises au départ, du fait d'un reflet, impossible de prouver la présence de l'éclat. Évidemment, aucun effort du personnel, ni pour être aimable, ni pour se faire comprendre. Honteux ! Loueur a éviter absolument.

Through Discovercars.com I have signed a car rental agreement with you in Zakynthos. When making a reservation, I took into account the customers' assessment. This one was good. Above 8.0. On the spot, however, it turned out that the landlord is a completely different company - Carwiz. On the Internet, he has a tragic rating - 2.7. I would never make a reservation in such a place.

He feels cheated. Because Carwizin opinions and my personal experience is terrible. The employee, Konsylia Gouda, should stop working with clients. She is not at all fit for it. It compiles simple cases terribly - both in our case and in the people who picked up the car in front of us.

In addition, the car is ready for collection an hour later than I ordered and paid for. I ordered from 15.30 being used to the fact that the car is already waiting for me. Here I got an hour later!

The issuing employee replied to my comments - lying that I was late. I have all this recorded.

They have repeatedly tried to sell me the insurance that I already have.

I was given a car that had a different registration number on the contract and a different one in reality.

I don't know why I repeatedly emphasise that before returning the car I have to return the cleaned inside and outside. This is not in the contract. So the question is what is it about?

General impression: you rent a car in a place that wants to pull you.

I do not accept such practises that omit the customer when changing the service provider.

Non li abbiamo trovati all’arrivo in aeroporto come diversamente indicato. Hanno poi molto insistito per farci acquistare la loro assicurazione quasi minacciandoci nonostante noi avessimo già la copertura totale con Discover. Alla riconsegna la dipendente ci ha addebitato 290€ per un puntino invisibile, dopo aver chiamato la Polizia per denunciare la truffa il prezzo è diventato 209. È una vera e propria truffa e consiglio a tutti di non prenotare con loro e con Carwizz perchè sono gli stessi. Ladri Truffatori.

We rent a car with them in Zante and it is a total scam!!!
They did non come to pick us up in the airport and have us wrong information. Once there they almost forced us to add a total coverage with the but as We already had it with Discover We refused.
When we gave back the car they went straight to the bottom of the car and pretended there was a scrach there which was not even visible and wanted to charge us 290€ extra!!!
We felt it was a total fraud and called the Police.
To make it short they changed the charge from 290€ to 209€ but we had to pay as Police could only make a report about it but nothing else.
This company in Zante has different names, they are also Carwiz so would reccommend you not to book with both of them!!!
