Scam people. You think you paid everything online and then you have to pay an extra 200e on site that was not mentioned anywhere. Run.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit dieser Autovermietung in Santorini. Alles war unkompliziert, transparent und korrekt. Das Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

Ein großes Big Like geht besonders an die Dame an der Rezeption – sie war unglaublich nett und hat uns alles sehr angenehm und einfach gemacht.

Agence en dehors de l'aéroport, réceptionniste désagréable butée. Abus de pouvoir en nous obligeant à prendre un 2 éme conducteur (qui ne conduira pas)
car pour la caution,le prénom de la CB ne correspond pas à celui du conducteur principal qui est son époux, alors que cela n'a posé aucun problème pour la réservation et le paiement....De plius, véhicule affichant 98 000 kms à bout de souffle et pourri.un seul mot A FUIR

We had booked a car in Santorini more than 3 months in advance to our arrival. When we arrived the office was closed, and the neighbors said that it had been closed for several days. We had to rent another car in another company at a much higher rate since there was only one rental car open. They did not refund our money at all. Thiefs!

L'agence joue sur un abus de langage, puisqu'en France on dit CB ou carte de crédit, qu'elle soit de débit ou de crédit.
A l'arrivée, CB refusée (car de débit, la CB la plus répandue en France je pense). Donc soit on perd les 90€ versés depuis la France et on va réserver ailleurs, soit on accepte l'arnaque, un assurance tous risques (alors que résa Booking indiquait assurance comprise), plus une caution (non restituée) et on se retrouve à payer le même prix qu'ailleurs au final. Ils vous attirent avec des prix bas et vous la font à l'envers une fois sur place. Attention aussi à l'état des voitures. La batterie de la nôtre a laché au bout de quelques jours. Bref : PLUS JAMAIS, une arnaque bien rodée, une honte pour la Crète. Et ne comptez pas sur Booking pour vous aider alors qu'après coup j'ai vu qu'ENORMEMENT d'avis Booking parle de cette arnaque. Cela m'apprendra à ne pas lire les avis.

Personalmente ho avuto un’ottima esperienza. Navetta dall’aeroporto molto veloce e servizio di consegna altrettanto veloce con operatori gentili e professionali. Ammetto di aver pagato poco ma ho ricevuto un’auto davvero molto vecchia e abbastanza messa male. A metà vacanza si è scaricata la batteria e in due ore mi hanno fatto arrivare una nuova auto decisamente migliore. Servizio assolutamente veloce e ottimo!

I made the booking on Booking.com. I prepaid. I called the Volta Athens airport location to confirm that there would be no additional fees. They assured me not, all there was to be paid I had already paid in advance, the person said. I arrived in Athens from New York on Oct 27. There was no Volta van waiting anywhere as it was supposed to. After two phone calls it came an hour later. At the office I was told that after all what I had paid was not the total amount. Now I would have to pay an additionsl amount of 450 euros out of which 200 Euro were not returnable!!! I cancelled the reservation and asked for my money back and the Volta representative assured me that booking.com would provide the refund which of course was it another lie, as booking.cim does not keep the money, the companies do. I am too busy to pursue this legally but I wanted to share my experience so other potential victims avoid such inconvenience and ripp off. I am shocked that such scam companies are allowed to operate legally. I went back to the airport and rented a car from Enterprise for a reasonable last minute deal, great car and great service. Say NO to scams my friends.

Ik moet wel 5 sterren geven, ik betaalde slechts 32,8€ voor een auto voor 8 dagen. Ik kreeg een Nissan Micra met 32000km op de teller. De auto had wel wat krassen en blussen, maar dat maakt me niet uit. De motor was krachtig genoeg voor de bergen van Corfu. Geen probleem met in en uitchecken, geen gezeur voor extra verzekering. Perfectie service. Denk er wel aan, BIJ ELKE AUTOVERHUURDER HEB JE EEN CREDITCARD NODIG.

Ich habe einen Kleinwagen von Volta4u-Chania gemietet und diesen über Check24 in Deutschland gebucht. Ich hatte meine Ankunftszeit angegeben, sodass ein Kleinbus mit der Aufschrift Volta4u bereits vor dem Flughafengebäude wartete, um mich zum Standort der Firma zu bringen. Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich eine zusätzliche Versicherung zur Vermeidung der Selbstbeteiligung bräuchte, was ich ablehnte, da diese schon bei Check24 inklusive ist. Nach den üblichen Formalitäten erhielt ich einen Nissan Micra in einwandfreiem technischen Zustand mit vollem Tank. Die Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs war ebenfalls problemlos. Nach einem kurzen Check des Fahrzeugs wurde ich zum Flughafen gebracht.

I had a car rental booked 16-21/10. Instead of VW Golf or something relevant the car provided was a Opel Corsa/ smaller category. Due to arriving after dark I wasn't able to check everything (ie. tire conditions). Next day in the morning I realised the front left tire was almost flat and had to check all of them in a tire centre. The tire centre responsible told me that all tires were in a very bad condition with the front left being the worst including the damaged rim/wheel. He was very surprised that the car was released for use just after a full service & technical check as I was told when given the keys!!! Also, I was recommended not to travel with such tires. They were just polished to show as ''new''!
On the other hand, the customer service was great, professional, very helpful when contacted them and very apologetic. However, I was refunded only the tire check cost upon my return and no comments regarding the release of a vehicle that shouldn't be on the road, especially right after a ''full service''.

Comme bcp d'autres témoignages ils ont tenté l'arnaque de la carte de crédit pour finalement nous demander de leur régler 992Euros en plus du prix de la loc OU d'acheter une assurance dont je ne me rappelle plus le prix mais qui valait bien trois fois le prix du marché... BREF à fuir !

I got Micra not Panda,how was booked,but I did not care about,but After only less then 40 km,left tyre ahead blowed -up while I was driving. From 12 to 16,30p.m. I waited on Creta's hight Road the tow truck 's coming. (200€) Paied no quitance. He bring me to bus station in kissamos,I had a bus to Chania and there Volta4you,pick-up me and goin to airport of Chania. At 20 p. m. I got a new car,Panda with nice tires. Reached to Paleochora 22p.m. from my departure from Chania Town at about 11 a. m. I Hope I Will not have any charge more for the tyre very worn up. Only nice thing,I did not go to hospital.

We booked a car in Mykonos and even received an Upgrade.The car was in a very good state. Service was excellent and uncomplicated.
I would highly recommend Volta 4 you

Des voleurs!!! Nous avions payé la réservation via booking (qui ne veut pas nous rembourser), les loueurs de voiture désagréables au possible nous ont demandé de payer une assurance à 900 euros parce que notre carte ne convenait pas. Des voleur, à fuir!!!!
