Halloumi wrap was always a firm favourote of mine at Paddington St, but it has gone downhill in a year - thin sad looking wrap, limp lettuce and 2 strings of halloumi, really awful quality and experience - such a shame..

Food looks great on the menu, ordered and tasted awful, much rather a McDonalds wrap than the one I had. Also nearly 12 pounds ! Tasted like it had been sat there for hours. Avoid !

Used to be great but just awful now. Rubbery and processed taste. Awful value for money. What happened?! My London Bridge meal was terrible last week. Tried again this week but just as bad. I won’t be back.

I ordered a chicken Caesar burger in Leon Paddington station.

The first burger I received was cold so I returned it to the counter and asked for a new one.

A second burger arrived a few minutes later delivered by the manager who said as she handed it to me that “our burgers arrive 70% cooked and we don’t handle raw meat here.”

I’ve no idea why she said that as my complaint was about the fact the food was cold not raw but I was extremely surprised and disturbed to hear that the food not only was served cold but was 70% precooked. Precooked food, not properly reheated, is the perfect combination for food poisoning and was all the more surprising when Leon always suggests their food is fresh.

The second burger was hotter but the meat was grey and stringy. I’ve no idea how long it has been in the shop for but it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I’m very disappointed and surprised by the quality of Leon’s food which seems to have dropped dramatically in the last few years to the point that it’s inedible.

The food was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered for the first time as a new customer from Wimbledon food was cold as hash browns were undercooked and the Shuka eggs was so hard No The halloumi was overcooked and rubbery hardly any sauce in the muffin. The vegan muffin was cold. The vegan sausage patty was cold and hard texture. it was disgusting. What a waste of £25.

No real organisation, been working for years, had an injury and they left me rotten at home without a salary

This used to be brilliant but I’ve tried it three or four times in the last couple of years and each time has been awful. The Korean chicken wrap tonight was completely tasteless while the hot honey chicken nugget side was mushy: the chicken in it was a bizarre and unpleasant soft texture and I highly doubt any honey has been anywhere near the sauce. Took ages to come despite only having one other customer. Not eaten since I got up 14 hours ago, so even the worst food should have tasted like a gourmet meal. Unfortunately not.
This used to be my go-to, if I needed something healthy and tasty on the move…but I’ll be giving it a miss from now on.

Don't bother going unles you want tepid soggy food. Took my soggy order of fries back only to wait 5 minutes and be given exactly tge same again. The 'gum chewing' server apologised offering the fact it was busy today as an excuse! Wont be going there again

Such a positive happy experience for me as someone with allergies. To be able to walk into a place and not have to speak to someone before I ordered and know I was completely safe, was priceless.
The food was lovely and the cookies were incredible. Thank you Leon!!

Disappointing food. Advertised as ‘naturally’ fast food… the chicken both in a burger and a salad, seemed like plastic.
£10 per head for inedible food. Son disappointed, and understandably irritated by not being able to eat such rubber. Not even when being hungry.
First, and last time wasting money on this chain. As it went inside straight in the bin. Yuk!

I really like the Peanut Satay Chicken Rice Box and the LEON Chocolate Chip Cookie.

The food was horrible, specially the Halloumi Sandwich. The potatoes that we ordered was so bad. Unfortunately, we had to eat it because we paid £36 for three meals. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. The service was okay. We won’t come again.

By not serving inedible crap,a soggy bread roll (sourdough?) what might have been an egg with revolting cheap sausage £ 4.99 rubbish!

Ordered on Deliveroo from Richmond, London.
Delivery fine- no problem, on time etc.
Food terrible.
Thai curry: hardly any content- smeared across a lot of rice..?
Flatbread- ok
Slaw: tasteless and container half full..?!
Chicken nuggets: hard and cold- cooked last week?
Fries- good as usual although a small amount for saying my daughter ordered a large portion- thank goodness she didn’t go for medium!

Just ordered on deliveroo and I'm really not happy! Not only was the food stone cold. The halloumi bap literally looks like it was thrown together by a blind man with no hands. It's inedible. Bun is not even cooked. Halloumi thinner than a sheet of tissue.

Awful, and it used to be great. No doubt it was bought by a private equity group who have sucked the life out of it for profit - replacing jobs with self serve machines and now the food is awful too. Rice boxes and salads stripped right back to the very cheapest ingredients = ie: just rice! 😆😆😆

I've enjoyed Leon food many times in stations and motorway services but not recently until yesterday. What a change. I ordered Aioli Chicken and Slaw. Chicken was stringy, the entire box was utterly devoid of seasoning and the aioli was so runny and so little it did nothing to bring flavour to the dish. The slaw had no dressing whatsoever and no onion, therefore no flavour either. For around £10 it didn't feed me as after a few bites I threw the whole thing into the bin. I won't be returning.

Not what it uses to be! Quality has declined year on year. I used to get excited to see a Leon opening, loved the concept. Now it's mediocre food but way too expensive for the quality on offer! Might as well go to Macdonald's or KFC!

Came home from hospital thought we have a nice breakfast it was the most terrible breakfast ever. The hashbrowns were an excuse for as brown soggy one egg was soggy. The beans look like they’ve been scraped off the bottom of the pan and all burn and dried up. The whole was absolutely disgusting Will never order again from there
