Do not get fresh banana with your coffee. You have to use the screen so you don’t get to see the bananas they have and you will end up with the greenest banana you ever seen. They should not sell green bananas at all. It was a bad experience and I won’t ever get any “healthy” snack from there. Coffee is decent.

Went to Leon Canary Wharf. Toast and a coffee to take away. Got to my desk looking forward to eating the toast. Cold and no butter - could not eat it. What a waste.

Overpriced tiny portions of poor quality, dry food. We were the only customers sitting in the Earl’s Court branch having spent over £20 on their food and they would not let us use the bathroom because we did not have a paper receipt. The problem? I had taken an email receipt which I could show them, but it didn’t have a code for the toilet. The fact we clearly had a tray of food did not help. The attitude of the staff was a disgrace. I will not step foot in another Leon unless under duress.

A genius business model though. Over charge for rubbish food, save money on till receipts and not maintaining a customer toilet.

Really horrible chicken burger at Paddington. Pigeons roaming the restaurant and walking behind the counter where the food is and eating off the tables. I feel quite ill now. 👍Plus the disinterested lady taking orders forgot to give out the door when the kitchen gave it to her so not even “fast food”.

Poor quality food. Sad to say that Tottenham Court Road branch was not good on the Korean wraps and chips. It calls it the ‘Crunchy Korean Chicken Wrap. Our very own crispy chicken nuggets with spicy & crunchy kimchi slaw, and a kick of LEON Korean Mayo’. It should be called the soggy chicken nugget wrap, in bread and virtually nothing else. It was not only soggy but dry, so dry. Almost impossible do digest. Not a good experience. And the chips were soggy too, not crispy. Yuk!

Very rude staff sorry but on petrol station road chef i had very bad experience the food is medium nothing especial but the staff very bad at least the manager you guys should advert and give some training about manners

Went to Stansted airport landside branch. Rubbish food. Hard rice. Rude server. Never again. No wonder it keeps scoring null point score online because they serve over priced crappy food and crap staff. If you don’t want to work, stay at home!!!

First and last time.
I ordered a Halloumi and Avacado Muffin , Halloumi was re-heated and Dry ,no taste ,absolute waste of money.

I purchased 3 meals from the Tottenham Court Walk branch in central London on 23/04/2024.
After placing the order I noticed a swarm of tiny flies around the hot plate area where food is put once ready for the customer. We sat down to eat and there were even more tiny flies around the seating area. We could not stay and eat due to the poor hygiene to which the staff did not seem concerned. I have since contacted the head office. I was sent a voucher which I did not ask for because I won’t be purchasing from any of those restaurants again. I want something done about the poor hygiene and attitude of the staff. A few emails went back and forth but I now haven’t heard anything from my last two messages. I would also like to point out that the rice box was mainly rice and hardly any chicken. The few pieces I had were very fatty. Made me feel ill and I had to throw the food away.

‘Naturally Fast Food’ they say. Not in at the Clacket Lane services this evening. Still collecting orders yet the three in the kitchen and the one out front were clearly having some issues. So slow. No communications with long waiting customers.

Disgusting horrible chicken burger for over 7£! It was the worst burger I’ve ever had. There was a tiny piece of very soft chicken breast with soft tissue, tendons etc in it. One leaf of lettuce and a bit of mayo in an old soft sweet ungrilled bun. Seriously for this price it’s appalling to serve something like this.

I’m very happy to Leon food Coffe and stuff, very good atmosphere , food and drinks taste great too

HOTBED OF THIEVES & HEARTLESS STAFF. My teenage son got his phone stolen off the table at the Strand branch. When he told the staff, they told him it happens there EVERY DAY, in which case why aren't they addressing the problem?? And they did nothing to help a distressed kid report it as missing, etc.

Leon takeaway at London Bridge. I ordered a Chicken burger. Unfortunately as I was three quarters of the way through it I spotted that the chicken was raw in the middle. I took it back into the restaurant and showed them it was raw. I didn't want anything, I just thought they should know. The manager came out, looked at the raw meat, and told me that was because they grill their chicken. I asked if that meant it was ok to serve raw chicken? His response was they cooked it to their guidelines so it was ok. I got no apology - he offered me another chicken burger, which unsurprisingly I declined. Shocking! If I become ill I will be going back to tell them.

Very disappointing lunch at the Leon on The Strand, London. Forced to use touch screen ordering system which is not easy when you are not familiar with the menu (we have used King's Cross many times before. Once order placed the online payment buffered, payment stated accepted. Had to complain at food service counter where we got little sympathy and were told we would get a refund if they cancelled our order which we agreed to do. Then they took payment at the counter for our second order. Food not up to usual standard, not as much chicken ...almost all rice! My husband's bank statement shows Leon as having taken the money TWICE but no sign of a refund. If all Leon's now have this online ordering system we will not be choosing to eat at a Leon again.

Leon Tongham

We were appalled by the lack of hygiene at Leon Tongham. The staff member who was handling our food did not wear any gloves or use any utensils. He was touching everything with his bare hands, including the counter and the cash register. When we confronted him, he claimed that they had sinks in the back where he washed his hands. The manager also defended this practice as normal. Is this true? We find this unacceptable and unsanitary. We have never encountered such a situation in any other restaurant. We demanded a refund immediately and vowed never to return.

Leon Cannon Street - normally reliable but this morning my egg pot was cold when i opened it and my office is only over the road. Will get breakfast elsewhere from now on

Went to Birmingham New St, saw they had aranchini - 3 with a tomato sauce for £3.99. At that price thought they'd be a decent size but shocked to be given what were in effect the size of something smaller than golf balls. Felt let down - so disappointing.

I used to love Leon but what had happened!! The green shakshuka pot I was served today was not fit for consumption. Over cooked, one piece of halloumi, brown crispy greens, shocking!! A tiny portion as well. Certainly NOT good fast food!!

Certainly not worth £30 for 2 meals. This was our first and last time visiting. They even managed to mess up the cookies. Very frustrating!
