I bought 6 GFC nuggets from the London strand shop yesterday and both food and overall service was not great. Chicken was tough and not crispy. Served at room temperature. It was a chore to eat. The customer facing member of staff wasn’t there to start with and when she appeared did her best - making drinks etc. and acknowledged me and smiled as she gave me the food. But the manager was on her mobile in the kitchen and didn’t seem to be helping or creating a buzz/atmosphere for customers. Overall a really poor experience and will not go back. As with other reviewers Leon used to be very different - especially in terms of its food.

The food was awful at Leeds train station. Thought it would be nice to have a healthier option and always wanted to try leon's. The chicken burgers tasted like the roosters chicken burgers from aldi. Worst of all it looked a little raw and undercooked

Ordered two chicken burgers took a bit and threw them away, cheap greasy chicken with a bit of salad and gherkin. We used Leon at Le Shuttle as we thought it would be better that Burger King, absolutely not. Total waste of money.

Leon used to be quality food and service. Juts had a sausage and egg bap/muffin and the bap was pappy and slightly tough in the middle! It barely kept the sausage and egg within. They used to do really nice quality English muffins but since they've got bigger quality has reduced sadly.
