The only good thing about this place is the coffee but that's gone up again £3.95 for a flat white very very expensive

Really poor. The screen to order was difficult to use: non-intuitive and variable in terms of its response to touch. My 'Cooked Breakfast' was served in a cardboard box (!) and was luke warm. This was the Leon at Heathrow Terminal 2. I shall never go to this 'restaurant' chain again.

Worst take away food by far, I am shocked how are they still open.
First time tried and last time.
The chicken tasted disgusting.
If I could give it 0 star I would have.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant chain since its inception. However, the quality of their food and menu has steadily declined over the past few years. The prices are extortionate, and the service is often dismal. The management, particularly Lee and his colleagues, are responsible for this trend.

The Horseferry Road restaurant had a fly infestation. After several informal complaints, management took action by covering exposed food items like cakes and cookies. However, they stopped covering the dessert items after a while. When I raised this issue with management, they didn’t care. I reported them to the relevant authority, and they instructed their staff to stop serving me without a valid reason, except that I raised concerns about food hygiene. I even emailed management, Lee and his colleagues, but they provided no response. This is not the way to manage a business.

Dismal. The recipe for a failed take away. Tried something called Korean bbq beef. Undercooked rice, half a teaspoon beef, spicy (although nice sauce). 8 or 9 pounds worth? No way. What a joke. Don't waste your time or money.

Used to Enjoy Leon at Chievely, where I would stop for breakfast. Stopped at Maidstone (M20), dreadful. breakfast in a paper box. Try fighting with wooden cutlery and a loose box liner again made out of paper. Something in it unidentified but looking like a used odoureater in the bottom of the box, tasteless sausage and baked beans with a slight acid taste, Never again. how far are the mighty fallen

Lovely tasty food . Healthy and gluten free ... essential for me !

Just awful, opted for Leon over McDonald's trying to be healthy, the pictures certainly don't show what you get, got a couple of ropey bits of chilli chicken in a rice box (never found the chilli) cost £25 chucked it in the bin and got a Big Mac

I am at Hammersmith Leon and I’m not sure why they hire terrible staff. A young lady wearing a black scarf is serving customers with the worst attitude ever. I wish their management team would train all staff on the true meaning of customer service. This place makes McDonalds look like a 5 star restaurant.

Ordered chicken Aioli baked lattice fries and Chai latte [Paddington station]
Chai was well prepared and enjoyed.
Meal was pre prepared, boxed and was awful. Not hot as stated on box and appeared dry and tasteless.

Food undercooked, chips (waffle shape) soggy and tasteless. Chilli dip tasted like powder not mixed fully. Toilets an absolute disgrace, definitely not cleaned in weeks. Floor on toilet not washed. Fridges/freezers on full display in sit down area downstairs. Doors on outside filthy. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never go again. Southwark near London Bridge.

Such a shame. Leon used to be a treat that my husband and I looked forward to when we visited the UK, especially at services as a healthy, tasty alternative to the usual rubbish. We’ve had it twice now during our most recent trip and it’s completely tasteless. Beyond disappointing, especially since the prices are still high. We won’t be getting it again.

Yesterday I ordered chicken paprika wrap at London more and I was so suprised that it was full of salad and less of chicken. For 7.49 it is a fleece and not worth the price at all.

Was dying to try this place for it breakfast pot that just just not to filling excellent customer service, shame about the woman who spray cleaning product in my fleshing made tea without any thought.

I must says that the quality of breakfast sausage bap was inconsistent. Moorgate branch sausages are more firm ,meaty and proper sausage. Whereas in Birmingham new street station Leon sausages were cheap like those high water content and a lot of bread mixture instead of meaty.

TOO Slow. Lost my money and now order
Only 1 person to serve, take orders and doing coffees. Ladies in a kitchen rather chilled than producing nice food in relatively fast pacemwnt. I just lost my money after ordering my breakfast. While waiting I managed to buy my train ticket, do shopping in M&S, amd still waited for my order when I saw on a screen that I am still 4th in a line to get it with 4 min to my train to depart I left without the food and no refund. I thinknits my last visit in this Leon as it is not the first time when it takes minimum 15min but mostly longer to get my order. And in a city it's not that fast tbh. But so how they still compromising on a quality of the food....it takes as long as in a restaurant so why it doesn't look like from restaurant

I am really unhappy with my order. I had a super salad bowl meal and the the container was half empty. Very disappointed I was really hungry and really wasn't worth the £10 I spent

Meat in my vegan dish!!!
I ordered a Brazilian black bean rice box at Leon burger Shepherds Bush. There was meat pieces all through it! I am vegan, I've never had meat in my life, I feel absolutely violated!! I was almost sick on the train, I couldn't return to the store as I was already on the train, absolutely mortified!! Contact info online does not work!

Didnt write names on packaging for an order with over 30 items and there was items missing.

In this instance a restaurant that CONSISTENTLY closes off sitting areas and bins two hours ahead of their advertised closing time, making paying customers that enter feel most unwelcome, or that the premises is on the brink of closing.
