Literally, s##te....I mean awful food I was given...

Visited Leon in Leeds train station and I would never visit another one of these restaurants. The service was slow and poor, 3 members of staff of which 1 was disinterested. Food was also poor.

Horrible. Ordered Chicken Chilli Box which according the the photo and menu is ‘finished with a sprinkling of sumac and pomegranate seeds’ with flat leaf parsley and lemon garnish.

Not at Clacket Lane Services it isn’t.

The menu photo looks lovely. But what I got was six small pieces of dry, rubbery chicken thigh meat and lukewarm microwaved brown rice, with a small blob of chilli sauce/Mayo on top. Very unpleasant and certainly not worth the price. Never again.

Never Again would I visit another Leon restaurant. I was told they do vegetarian and vegan eats. We ordered 2 vegan burgers and I ended up getting a shock of my life after checking with staff since the sticker didn't match the other burger. Mine was not. I'd eaten it. I never ever had any other foods other than plant base foods until this day. This is my cultural upbringing. I feel dirty. I feel filthy. I feel nasty. Leon, Paddington should be shut until their staff are equipped to handle foods they put on their menu to serve. The menu is there for a reason and people source menus served for a reason. If you choose to go to this eat out spot be careful what you plan to order. Check it properly. I've lost my confidence and appetite to eat out after 11/09/2021. Thanks to Leon, Paddington. I had to put 1 star just to get my review sent. But if there was a minus rating system Leon would've been the first to get that.

These guys are awful! The number of times they incorrectly pack the boxes and don’t say anything is just rude and unprofessional.

Shocking service at the Clacket Lane services restaurant, no staff and ran out of food, closed up shop after 30mins of waiting

I had a breakfast box M5 services this morning, it was disgusting, two eggs like rubber, they must have been cooked hours before serving, there was a mushroom, yes a mushroom that was chopped. One sausage that had been deep fried full of grease, one bacon that looked like it was days old, and the worst cheap tinned tomato’s I have ever tasted, I threw the lot in the bin, ho I forgot there was a square thing that looked like a large piece of over cooked pasta it was horrible to look at, I didn’t chance eating it, cost £7.50 with a coffee and was a disgrace, this is a genuine review I have no issues with any staff member or company. Delighted to arrive at M27 Services Southampton with a McDonalds in prospect but no good news, Leon has arrived to lift our food expectations, positively NOT the case and wished we had gone with the McDonalds. Food not freshly cooked, barely warm and the fries again must have been standing around. Horrible. Payed twice the price against what we overlooked and thrown away, no time to send back. Pull out of these sites rather than serve up this food.

Leon at cobham service station - cold ‘love’ burger 🍔. Nothing to love here. Tasteless cold old fashioned 70s veg burger.

No NHS discount was applied on my bill even tho I had the NHS ID. When highlighted staff refused refunding me the discount amount. No other compensation was offered. Staff are rude.

Beat customer service ever, Aaron replied to my email super fast and remedied everything. Excellent coffee and cake too.

I ordered the spicy bean pot from the Hammersmith outlet (close to the station) this morning, sadly the beans were as hard as nails and clearly hadn't been cooked properly. It is quite straightforward to heat up beans so I'm not sure why there was a problem, it was inedible. Avoid!

I grabbed a quick lunch at the Hammersmith station Leon and it was de li cious! Roasted Abergine deserves 10 out of 10 points. Thank you Luca for your recommendation on the vegan, not vegetarian sweet treats as well ;)

Ate at the Victoria branch. 1st floor of Victoria Station (up the escalator)
We ate the chicken Satay and had some fruit smoothies to follow.
It was amazing. Tasted freshly made and I believe their chicken is organic. Serving staff were friendly, fast and efficient. The restaurant was immaculately clean.
Well done and as they, compliments to the chef!

I eat here often and always get the Love Burger, it’s delicious 😋

Great fast food, usually with a smile!

They have some really tasty vegan options now too which my partner loves!

Big, big thank you to the enterprising team at Leon Restaurants chain during this Corona Virus Crisis...

Not only are they feeding the local community but NHS teams and now its being enterprising, their restaurants are diversifying and turning part of each branch into shops, selling essential: milk, tomatoes, eggs, flour, loo rolls(!) as well as their usual feasts, all to the local community. They are not profiteering merely being enterprising and keeping people in work, as such they should be applauded - 2 x 4 Loo Rolls for £3...!!! unheard of and allocating profits to NHS - amazing!

So a big, big thanks to Leon Restaurants from me!
