Would give no stars if could starving hungry .. haloumi wrap no mention of sauce with it, but had spicy sauce within a dried up rubber in a dried up leather wrap totally disgusting, how are they even surviving as a chain ?

Good for breakfast but not that appetising for lunch! I ordered a vegetarian black bean curry with rice, at one of the services on M25 and it did not taste nice at all. I would not be ordering this again. As a vegetarian, I feel choice at Leon is quite limited.

Good nutritious alternative! Tasty food, good menu, reasonably priced for the quality, quick and easy. Well worth a stop. Thanks 🦋🦋

Skelton Lake Services near Leeds. Jerk n Jam chicken wrap was burnt and had obviously been left under the hot lamps for too long. Yuk. Unfortunately couldn't take it back as I'd tried too much before realising it wasn't just one end that was awful- it was the entire wrap. Gave my feedback to the server who just replied he'd sort me out next time. Really? How would he recognise me? How does he know he will be working if I visited again? Just a brush off. Not good Leon. Surely you can do better than that!

Horrific experience. An inedible meal which i had to throw away.A LOVE burger which consisted of a thin bacon flavoured chewy mass of something, a bap which was stale or frozen and microwaved, not sure which, and some gloopy mustardy pink sauce, a slice of hard cheese and limp lettuce. The waffle fries were chewy and contained hard burnt crispy bits, very unpleasant and i was concerned for my teeth!
To top that i paid £2 for a small bottle of water, not even very cold.
This was from Clacket Lane service station M25 Eastbound, and i have to say this was the worst food I have ever had in my life.
Very ironic given your sales pitch of "Why can't fast food be good food?" !!!

Just experienced our first Leon’s after a relative suggested we give them a go as they described the burgers as ‘the best burger he’s ever had’. He was not wrong! Food was hot, fresh and to a very high standard. This was at the Leeds Skelton Lakes services. As beautiful as the food was it was outshined but the outstanding customer service from staff member Jay. He really has such fantastic customer service skills and was so attentive and friendly. Will absolutely stop here again!

After a few breakfasts at a couple of different branches I can only give a 5 star review. Fresh, hot, consistently tasty food. Fast service with a smile. I'd highly recommend the chorizo and egg muffin which is packed full of flavour, perfectly paired with the hash browns. Compliments to the chef

Tried New Harrogate Leon for the first time. Won't be going again. I had the chicken burger. All the flavours clashed apart from the chicken which was flavourless, fatty and grey(chicken thigh,
Not breast). Coriander was also stuffed in the bun with a tomato slice. Nothing was hot, the slaw tasted weird and slightly off, 2 meals came to £20 might as well have gone to Sainsburys and had a sandwich. Getting out of the carpark is difficult, due to its position. I give it 6 months tops

I tried Leon for the first time at the Tower Bridge branch. I must say, I was hugely underwhelmed. I had the chicken burger with what purported to be a ‘sourdough’ bun, and fries. The chicken was tepid and flavourless, the bun was like a standard, cheap burger bun, and the fries were rubbery and covered in artificial tasting seasoning. So disappointing as I had heard good reviews of Leon. This was my first visit and it will also be my last.

Tried the new Harrogate restaurant. Truly terrible - over priced, the food was stone cold (only about five of us in there). Halloumi wrap genuinely had one sliver of cheese in. Loads of lettuce. Cold, soggy waffle fries. And the chicken burger was laughably bad - like the chicken had been sat on.
Cost us over £20 for two meals. Would never go back and reckon this will be closed by Christmas.

Cardboard flavoured food and disinterested, clueless staff.

Had the chargrilled chicken burger at the Cheshire Oaks and the bun had a small green/white mould spot on it. They did swap it straight away but still quite disappointing/disgusting.

Terrible food at Moorgate and spitalfield branches; chips were soggy as though sitting around for ages and not hot at all. The halloumi wrap was also unpleasant, and bland, previously the fish finger wrap was cold and bland. Definitely poor quality food.

Great balanced burgers, not too greasy

The touch screens repeatedly don't work for me. Are other people having this problem?

Never fail to deliver. Friendly service and a varied menu.

Went shopping again at Cheshire Oaks Retail Park and wanted something to eat. There is a lot of variety for food at this retail park and they do have a branch of LEON there.
We first used LEON at one of the railway stations in London. We tend to go for the boxed meals. I have always found their food very tasty and have never had a bad meal there.
The one at Cheshire Oaks was a little busy, but I think that`s a good sign that business is ok. The boxed meal again was of good quality and fairly priced. The portions are not too big, which is what I like. As I am not a big eater. As far as "fast food" goes, this is as healthy as you can get and I would like to buy one of their cook books to try at home.
