3 years since purchase
I’ve had my Sienna Legend bike since 2023 and very happy with it. Love that it folds yet still gives bigger wheels for better biking experience. It took me a while to get to grips with the Mahle assist that is colour coded and would prefer a simpler system as it has 2 functions, also telling you battery status. But once you get used to it, it’s ok.

Not only the bike is fantastic. (Legend Monza) But after almost one year it's still in perfect conditions. We brought it for mantainance and the shop had nothing to do apart from some greasing. I had an accident with it and broke the mudguard and light so I had to replace it and customer service was super responsive on WhatsApp and I could order the new parts fast and at a very fair price. I will never ever buy another brand for the rest of my life and you shouldn't too!

Great experience with everything
Great experience with the customer service, there is no shop around for a test drive, but I ordered the bike and so far it's working perfectly.
I received the bike quicker than expected, arrived perfect, and It's more beautiful than in the picture. Easy to set up.
So I'm on my test period, so far so good, it could have a faster gear, but just to be picky.

Déçue par la qualité après 1 an…
Déçue par la qualité après 1 an d'utilisation: dés le départ, vélo mal réglé ( vitesses qui coincent), rapidement, garde-boue qui frotte sur la roue, sonnette qui tombe, sensation de frottement en roulant... ce ne sont peut être que les réglages et les fixations des pièces mais je m'attendais a mieux.

Nous avons commandé deux vélos Legend Monza. L'un des deux présentait un problème de batterie qui s'était coincée pendant le transport. Le service client a été très réactif et un nouveau vélo nous a été renvoyé dans les jours suivants. Les vélos semblent vraiment de bonne qualité. Ils se plient facilement et le moteur est très réactif. La prise USB est bienvenue puisque c'est votre tel qui fournit les indications nécessaires (vitesse, charge de la batterie, etc.).

Magnifica relació qualitat/preu de les bicicletes Legend, amb una electronica d'altes prestacions i d'última generació, fan bicis molt bé de preu pels que no volem o podem gastar uns quants mil.lers d'euros en bicicletes a las no se'ls treurà mai tot el potencial.

Quiero dejar constancia de mi agradecimiento a Legend por la atención recibida. Aunque finalmente la Monza no ha terminado de encajar conmigo por una cuestión muy personal de geometría, la experiencia con la marca ha sido excelente.
Tras explicarles mi situación, se pusieron rápidamente en contacto conmigo para escucharme, proponer alternativas e incluso ofrecerme la devolución de la bicicleta con una actitud cercana, profesional y realmente orientada al cliente.
Hoy en día no es tan habitual encontrar un servicio postventa con este nivel de implicación humana y voluntad real de ayudar más allá de la venta.
Un soporte postventa de 10. Gracias de verdad por el trato y la profesionalidad.

Tengo un Legend Siena desde hace cuatro…
Tengo un Legend Siena desde hace cuatro años. La uso casi a diario principalmente para ir a trabajar, unos 15 kms diarios, y algunos recados y pequeñas compras por mi barrio. Me cabe en el tren y en el ascensor de casa, es muy segura cuando frenas, la respuesta de la controladora impecable cuando le pides que te ayude en las cuestas, voy regulando fenomenal con lo que no rompes a sudar. Le puse unas pequeñas alforjas donde llevo todo el equipo para mí día. Excelente bici urbana, cómoda y funcional, sin una sola avería. Recientemente he renovado la batería porque es verdad que a los cuatro años había bajado la autonomía y el suministro por parte del fabricante muy bien. Para los que el uso de la bici en ciudad es casi una filosofía de vida es una opción que recomiendo. Espero seguir con la Legend unos años más!!
