Mehrmals bestellt. Bestellungen okay, aber die Dauer der Lieferungen immer viel zu lange.

Multiple emails were ingnored regarding a faulty bed that they sold us, causing my pregnant wife to sleep on a couch for over a month.

They also suggested that my wife dismantle the bed and send it back, with no regard for her her physical state or the safely of the baby.

1.5 months later we have still not received any compensation (that was offered)

Emails are being ignored.

Well I order 19 Nov and arrived as 23 Nov which is ok ,but not ok was I order 6 items,but one I didn’t get which was pillow cover which I already paid 19.95 fr,I check throughly after iam very much disappointed and I send email to customer service with photos,but didn’t get answer till now or didn’t went mail??please let me know how can my money back these one item?it was my first order .😔

Zweimal bestellt und beide Male den Artikel nicht erhalten. Sie haben mir trotzdem eine Rechnung per Mail geschickt! Die Kommunikation war mühsam. NIE wieder.

Je viens de recevoir l'article aujourd'hui le 29.10.2024. J'ai toujours acheté la taille 95 B (taille FR) - 80 B (taille CH) pendant des années dans les magasins. Mais sur ce site, les tailles sont beaucoup trop petites. C'est une catastrophe. Je vous déconseille d'acheter les soutiens-gorges. Honteux

Ich habe Bettwäsche bestellt. Die Lieferung hat mehr als eine Woche gedauert obwohl sie nur innerhalb von der Schweiz verschickt wurde. Beim bestellen hiess 2-4 Arbeitstage. Hab dann dem Kundendienst geschrieben und wurde ohne eine Entschuldigung auf die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingung verwiesen, nach welchen ich keinen Anspruch auf Minderung habe. Die Qualität der Wäsche ist für den Preis absolut unterdurchschnittlich. Lieferung geht zurück. Für mich das erste und sicherlich letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe. Mit dieser Art von Kundendienst werden die nicht mehr lange im Business sein.

La Redoute has low customer service standards. They provide insufficient info and then are surprised why customers are upset. They recently provided me a POST OFFICE returns label for a return that was supposed to be free. They mentioned at some point that I could return the item at some kiosk but that was said casually without providing important context. So I took that parcel with the POST OFFICE label provided to the post office and they made me pay nearly 10fr for the return. I raised that with LR for refund as I thought they made a mistake and they refused. Turns out that that POST OFFICE returns label only is free when returning at some kiosk which is A CRUCIAL PIECE OF INFO LR failed to highlight. Be mindful when you deal with them cause they will not provide you all the info and then won’t support.

Ich habe Pyjamas bestellt 4stk und davon 2 wieder zurückgeschickt.
Bei der Post hiess es dann das mich das 8Fr. koste.
Zuhause habe ich nochmals nachgeschaut und gesehen dass bis 30Kg die Rücksendung GRATIS sei.
Als ich dem Kundenservice schrieb kam nur eine kurze Mail zurück in der stand dass am 30Kg die Rücksendung halt koste und das auch im Internet steht.
Obwohl ich schon in der ersten Mail geschrieben habe dass 2 Pyjamas niemals 30Kg wiegen können.!
Ich habe dann darauf nochmals geantwortet aber keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten!! Wirklich ganz schlechter Kundenservice!!! 1x bestellt und nie wieder!!!

Qu elle dommage qu on raccroche au nez des clients,plus de 20 ans que je commande chez vous,et c est de pire en pire.

J'ai reçu un drap plat tout déchiré, je l'ai donc renvoyé avec leur étiquette de retour 7.- pour les frais, là j'ai pensé mince j'aurais du les contacter avant mais vu que le retour était du à leur produit deffectueux je me suis pas trop inquiétée, je me suis dit que s'ils était bon commerçant ils me ferait une ristourne sur le prochain envoi mais non ils m'ont expliqué que depuis certains kioskes la livraison est gratuite, sauf que moi j'avais déjà payé le retour.
J'ai juste perdu mon temps et mon argent. La prochaine fois je prefère acheter dans un magasin. Et comme ça voir la qualité du produit.

0 étoile pour la redoute! Je suis vraiment déçue! J'ai reçu une commande avec un défaut je retourne et recommande je reçois à nouveau la seconde commande avec le même défaut! Sachant que j'avais bien pris les photos et envoyer par mail! Je commanderai plus!

After receiving item in bronze colour, sofa cushion, it looks nothing like the item in the picture advertised, the thickness of the item with its filling is no more than 2 cm, it looks nothing like the original photo, I had contacted the helpline and agreed to return back, but when I did the review with the same information on their website they replied stating that they can not publish it, that’s what I call hiding the truth!

Nach Erhalt des bronzefarbenen Sofakissens sieht es überhaupt nicht wie der beworbene Artikel aus, die Dicke des Artikels mit seiner Füllung beträgt nicht mehr als 2 cm, es sieht überhaupt nicht wie auf dem Originalfoto aus. Ich habe die Hotline kontaktiert und einer Rückgabe zugestimmt, aber als ich die Bewertung mit denselben Informationen auf ihrer Website verfasste, antworteten sie, dass sie diese nicht veröffentlichen können, das nenne ich die Wahrheit verbergen!

Die Ware kam nach ein paar Tagen gut verpackt und genau richtig in Grösse und Artikel.
Was ich dabei an la Redoute.ch schätzen gelernt habe, ist die bei vielen Bekleidungsstücken verwendete qualitativ gute, biologisch zertifizierte Baumwolle, die ein ganz anderes Tragegefühl ermöglicht - für diesen Preis unschlagbar!

Don't recommend to use them. They work with Evri delivery and they messed up my delivery and return. I got an email from EVRI that my parcel was picked up and on the way back to laredoute how ever, I am sitting next to it and noone came over. No option to contact EVRI. La Redoute team has no interest whatsoever to help. You will be stack with product you can't use and no money in your bank account.

Ich habe günstige Hosen bestellt ..leider waren die meisten nicht so ..wie ab- gebildet auf der Website.. und die Preise stimmten total nicht überein🤔zb.
24 .95 im Angebot dann 32.95 auf der Rechnung!!!!
Ich habe Mühe mit dieser Preisangaben/und finde das nicht ehrlich dem Kunden gegenüber...🤔

Mahnspesen werden berechnet trotz korrektem Verhalten auf Kundenseite. Retouren werden trotz Postnachweis nicht korrekt verbucht und stattdessen in Rechnung gestellt, inkl. Inkasso und Betreibung. usw...
Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier einzukaufen.
Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann.

Am Telefon sind die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und per WhatsApp kriege ich keine Antwort.

Livraison avec suivi, toujours dans les délais, que ce soit meubles ou articles de mode. Service client au top, ils ont toujours répondu rapidement et réglé les deux ou trois problèmes que j’ai pu rencontrer. Je commande souvent chez eux. La qualité est au rendez-vous, en particulier pour la mode bébé et enfant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nombreuses réductions dont il est facile de tirer avantage. L’app est très bien faite et rend le shopping agréable.

Worse experience ever, just avoid this site.

I ordered a piece a furniture, it came broken, they took 1 week to take it back, it has now been over 2 weeks with no refund and no updates.

So I received this furniture over a month ago and am still dealing with it today.

They sent me a link to review it on their website, I politely did and my review was censored, in 2024...

No news about th refund though and when I called they said they didn't know when they will receive the piece and process the refund.

So just avoid this site, it is not worth the hassle.
