Excellent

I needed a new battery for an old laptop which was not holding a charge. Typed in the make and model and Laptopbatteries' site came up with an exact match. Delivery was in a few days and the battery fitted exactly. Very pleased and it has given new life to an old laptop. Good company.

Avoid this company

Based on part on historically favourable reviews, I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop from laptop batteries.co.uk, which lasted just two months before completely packing up. When I tried to make contact to complain, the phone number on the website didn't work and I got no response via the online website form. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED IN THE SAME WAY.

Very professional

Order placed delivery forecast very accurate 1 day early in fact, web site very good and ordering procedure precise and easy to follow proof of the longevity of the product being a laptop battery unknown yet but would buy again,

Replacing a laptop battery

The battery arrived the within three days of ordering. It was easy to fit once I had removed the back of the laptop. The main problem was finding guidance from the internet on how to remove the backing but the tools provided by the battery company proved very helpful once I understood what to do. Their instructions on improving battery life were also insightful.
