Arrived OK, but due to the complexities and size of screws I wasn't able to proceed; the supplied plastic screwdriver gave way before the screw. A local shop did the job for me and confirmed that it was a genuine battery.

I done it! Incredible easy to replace the battery
I received it thank you; I install it myself in 5 minutes - i never done it previously and i am 73 years old; it is working perfect; thank you for the tools provided it did help a lot; i am so happy, thank you very much for your profesionalism; from the original charging I still have 45% in the battery after I left it the laptop open for 10 hours; now i ordered for another laptop a new keyboard because you gave me the confidence I can do it; I hope that will be many companies like you, you are a standard for a professional company. Made an enquiry and received a response within 72 hours where other suppliers didn't bother jto reply. Ordering was easy, I was kept up to date on my order progress and I received the new battery (which was well packed) earlier than estimated. Excellent service
After looking all over for a replacement battery for a really old laptop, I ordered from this company as a result of their good reviews here on trustpilot. This particular battery comes in one of three potential screw layouts. After I ordered, the company emailed me to confirm the right part. They were very polite and pleasant. Dispatch was quick, although since it was coming from Hong Kong there was a bit of a gap in getting any tracking updates. I checked in with them by email and again, polite, pleasant and swift response. It arrived 2 weeks after ordering, and I confirmed the battery to be in excellent health - as good as new. Would definitely use again for an obscure replacement part!

I purchased a battery for my Teclast…
I purchased a battery for my Teclast M40 Tablet. Unfortunately the battery failed after a month of daily use. I contacted Laptop Battery and reported the problem to them. I was immediately informed that a new battery was on its way to me, and it arrived in good time. I was also informed that there was no need to return the faulty battery to them although I was prepared to do this.
I cannot express my gratitude to Laptop Battery for their excellent response to my problem.
