Good service and helpful communications

The company provides good service and helpful and fast e-mail communication. The battery was sent well packaged and worked as expected. So many other battery suppliers offer no service and poor communications, even if marketed using a professional web-site. This company is highly recommended.

Almost Perfect...

Arrived on time. Even had a little plastic pick to lever the back off. The only downside was no instructions (handy for anyone who's never changed a laptop battery before). Other than that - couldn't fault the service.

Hopeless at communication

Hopeless at communication. Have to be chased up to provide any information about an order then they provide an invalid courier link.

Great Service and Very Knowledgable

Really pleased after hassle with Dell directly I reached out and these lovely people were able to help immediately. Customer service was top notch. Very knowledgable and willing to assist.
If you're unsure just get in touch with them and they'll offer you support. Delivery was no hassle, came in about 3 to 4 days but I wasn't in a rush so not an issue at all.

Product received was perfect

Product received was perfect. Communication lacking a little regarding delivery details as no confirmation and tracking email received without chasing up.

Product good,delivery not so.

Battery as described complete with handy case opening tools which i was not expecting.Delivery not so good as no tracking details forwarded and Evri man just left it on door step without knocking on door or pressing the doorbell and it was raining at the time.
