Ordered a battery a month ago aprox and still didn't get the package neither a response from them asking info about the delivery

Ordered the wrong battery, however they identified and shipped the correct battery free of charge. Shipping is from China, which means longer delivery times, but very good customer service all around.

Don't use a .co.uk and then ship from China with a 2 week delivery.

Easy to select, order and great service; complete with troubleshooting tips (not needed fortunately)!

The adapter doesn’t fit the product and the company have not responded to my request to change product

They seem to have the best deals around for brand labelled chargers that Ive personally seen. I bought one in oct thinking it was the correct wattage but 2 months later it stopped working. After emailing my issue, they responded instantly and resolved the issue I wasnt even aware of. After hardly any questions asked, I was then sent an immediate replacement, No added fees and free delivery! Fully resolving my issue and making it completely hassle free. I highly recommend them!

Warning, NOT a UK based company. Not responding. Address is China but says they use Royal Mail. Order 'processed' but payment never processed. Never heard from them after two weeks!!
