Fast delivery, good comms, and a great price. The battery was 100% charged from scratch. I cycled it etc. So all good, will use again for sure.

I bought a replacement laptop battery. The unit itself ultimately wasn't 100% compatible with the device - the battery management interface caused issues. The vendor was very helpful and extremely accommodating/understanding. I would happily use them again. Great service!
