If you're unsure just get in touch with them and they'll offer you support. Delivery was no hassle, came in about 3 to 4 days but I wasn't in a rush so not an issue at all.

Battery as described complete with handy case opening tools which i was not expecting.Delivery not so good as no tracking details forwarded and Evri man just left it on door step without knocking on door or pressing the doorbell and it was raining at the time.

Great service & delivery. Battery is working well & holds charge. I had a problem removing the back cover as the video you sent me didn't mention or show there was an additional screw under a rubber rub strip on the back cover & the rubber strip had to be peeled away to gain access to final screw. Had to go to the HP help line to discover this. Not a very good design. Fortunately the strip had sticky back tape on it so was quite easy to reinstall.
