Good price and product. I didn't mind waiting 3 weeks for delivery but I've knocked a star off because they don't make this clear

battery came on time it is compatible so everything is ok. didn't have any issues all GOOD.
The only thing I can add is to check the capacity first as I should've look for something over 3000mah but that was my fault as I didn't do my research.

UPDATE: 18 months on, I am still delighted with my new battery, which actually appears to be better than the original - see more details below.

Delivery took nearly a month, but the company responded to my emails promptly and apologetically, and gave me the tracking number, which showed that Yodel UK was expecting my parcel from Hong Kong. That reassured me that the parcel was, in fact, on its way.

The battery arrived very well packed and looks like an original part, but without the HP label. It was easy to install and fits perfectly. According to Windows Battery Report, the new battery has exactly the same capacity as the original battery which was in the computer when it was new, and it lists the manufacturer as "Hewlett Packard". So maybe it really does come from the same factory.

According to the Battery Report the original battery held its capacity for six months from new, then started to decline. If I remember I will check every few weeks and report back here. Currently the new battery is steady on 52,668 mWh capacity after six days (compared with 13,121 mWh for the one I chucked out.)

UPDATE: 18 months on, the battery still reports 52,668 mWh capacity, and in daily use it does not seem to have deteriorated at all. This is better performance history than the original battery, which started at 45,299 mWh, and after 18 months was reporting 27,622 mWh.

Full disclosure: I wrote to laptop-battery to tell them that I am pleased with their product, and they offered me a refund of £2.50 for a good Trustpilot review. I would have done this anyway, so I have declined the refund and suggested that they should not offer incentives.

So, £48 for a new battery to keep a computer I like, which is otherwise in perfect condition; or £800 for a new computer and all the faffing involved in changing? A no-brainer. I strongly recommend laptop-battery.org.uk. (Make sure you use the right website; there are several very similar names out there.)

Website was good, providing a variety of batteries that were compatible with my Lenovo S540 i7 (which had a poor battery from new).
I am pleased to say the battery I chose and was supplied, was a higher capacity than the original and well priced and 3 months after purchase is working well. Only 4 stars rating because of the length of time it took to deliver.

There was an issue with delivery but I was kept updated on the issue and the team response was quick and informative.
They even offered compensation which I didn't take up as it was not there fault but Government ruled.
I will use them again

Bought a replacement battery for my daughter's chrome book from this company. Good quality, gives a new life to the Asus chromebook. Communication is smooth. Only thing is it took 2 weeks to receive the battery, as it seems to be shipped from Asia. It is fine but would be nice to know at the time when I placed the order.

Good and fast delivery to Bulgaria

Whilst after purchase, I was unable to get a response re delivery date, I cannot fault the battery at all. Yesterday it was unplugged just to test battery life and 9 hours later it was still powering my laptop computer with power still available. Impressive - better than original battery.

My daughters laptop needed replacement for university. I sent an order to laptop-battery.org and with fast delivery. The guys there asked me several additional questions via email to make sure it was the right battery and the right specification. Of course you are always a little nervous using new companies but the level of detail was re-assuring. Anyway, they couldn't get it to me as fast as we thought so they refunded the speedy post. Then the battery arrived pretty quick anyway and all fitted nicely to the laptop and all seems good. Thanks for good service and attention to detail.

They took a long time to deliver and supplied a re-manufactured battery. I ordered a new battery not the one sent. I have tried contacting them for a refund and a returns label.....no reply

They have claimed to have refunded me for the battery, but no refund has appeared on my credit card statement. I have asked them to check with their CC supplier.
