I've a Samsung Notebook from 2014 that I'm very fond of, and have taken on trips all round the world (66 countries and counting). I've upgraded its' SSD, its' wifi, and now, finally, its' battery. It's a beautiful device with a 3200x1800 screen, so I like to keep it going.
Quite nervous about a battery swap.

The searching mechanism on this website for the right type/brand of battery to be purchased was very helpful, as were instructions for installation and for initial charging AND discharging. This initial cycling of the battery is very important.

The opening of my laptop, at the back, went well enough (I've done it a couple of times previously). The battery could be removed without taking off, or out, any other component, and the new one fitted exactly.

On closing and restarting, it all went well, and I charged it up fully. Then I went into Windows 11 power options to create a new profile to discharge the battery as fully as possible: allowing everything to continue to work even when battery level low, and finally adjusting the minimum battery level from 5% down to 3% (the lowest it would go). Then I just played a LONG youtube item to drain the battery, recharged, and re-cycled 3-4 times. The same Youtube item spent longer and longer playing, as the battery capacity increased with each cycle.

So now I'm very happy! And waiting for my next trip!

I think this site gets its batteries from China, as that was the general length of time it took to arrive, with tracking from a Chinese source. As it turns out, I'm very pleased with the result, and have had generally good experiences with sourcing electronic components from China.

I was despairing of ever getting hold of a replacement battery for my laptop, having ordered 3 times on Amazon, all of which failed to deliver, and likewise on Ebay. Finding Laptop-battery was a godsend, but I was a bit suspicious that the competitive prices and somewhat scrappy website might be a con. It was a great surprise when my battery arrived from China in about 18 days, well packed in perfect condition but barely understandable instructions. An email to the company elicited excellent advice same day. According to my laptop battery report it was made by Sanyo and has a higher charge capacity than the original Lenovo. Delighted!!

Purchased a replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop but unfortunately the battery turned out to be faulty. I sent an email detailing the problem and received a quick email back apologising for the problem and also an RMA authorisation to return the faulty battery. I didn't expect the RMA so quickly. Reasonably quick turn around for the refund. Very pleased with the customer experience.

I had an issue with a battery that I'd purchased and straight away they was good enough to replace it, shipping was really quick, Angel really helped get everything solved and processed really quickly. Good to deal with for sure.

Very happy with the product; just took longer than expected to arrive

I ordered my replacement laptop keyboard from Laptop Battery because only a few suppliers stocked this rare model and they had fast and affordable delivery to the UK.
The keyboard arrived within the time as expected, but despite being packed with plenty of bubble wrap, was slightly damaged in transit by a courier. It had been squashed and so a key on the keyboard had its clip broken. It was a pleasure dealing with customer services who constructively worked with me and showed care & urgency to find a solution, ultimately refunding me for the cost of a replacement key.

this company was great i needed a battery for a stone laptop which i had trouble finding laptop-battery were showing in stock after ordering the company asked for photo of the old battery just to confirm the battery ordered was correct for my needs excellent caring company that want to make sure the customer is happy

Order was delivered exactly on time and there was good notifications on what was happening regarding delivery times etc.

I bought a battery for my laptop based on positive reviews here for £40.
The battery received does not hold charge at all.
When I contacted customer service they said I need to pay extra £10 for them to send a new one. Also, they mentioned that I can keep the defective battery like they make me a big favour.
I replied that I will not pay anything extra and that I'm more than happy to send back the defective battery for them to investigate. I have no use of a dead battery.
They have not replied at all after that.
They sell cheap batteries from Aliexpress at 4 times the price. The issue is that buying from this website does not provide any guarantee. You do not have the protection from Aliexpress platform or any other platform.
Do not trust positive reviews on here, Chinese sellers are known to pay for positive reviews.
You have been warned, I advise you look for safer alternatives.

Update: 10 days after this review they are asking for more information here on trustpilot even though we have communicated via email as per above. They know exactly about my order. They are trying to take down my review.

Update 2: After months of chasing they finally agreed to refund on condition that I remove this review. They literally were asking me to remove this review in every email.

Also, I don't need your batteries. I opened up the battery you sent me before discarding. It is a dangerous product. It was an old battery with a hole where electronics are and then glued back together. I don't know exactly what they tried to do.

I ordered a battery for my tablet on 02/02/2022, this was for my Samsung; I was advised that it would have to be shipped from China and due to national logistics pressure it may take some time. I was kept updated regularly by a member of staff name Angel; who assured me that my order would be expedited as soon as possible and she did!

Everything works as required. Product is optimal and shipping was on point. Price is fair.

I gave 4 stars because your webpage looks suspicious and it almost turned me away.

Good price and product. I didn't mind waiting 3 weeks for delivery but I've knocked a star off because they don't make this clear
