Ordered a battery which was delayed due to logistics company but all my emails were answered promptly and courteously. Battery arrived well packed.

It was helpful assistance to choose the correct type of the battery replacement that perfectly fits the dimensions and screw fixings of my laptop. The same battery model was available from a number of different sellers, but it was not obvious that there are some variations. I was asked to provide some more info prior to order, and that ensured I got the right item.

The flat battery for my Medion Akoya laptoparrived in perfect condition and fitted perfectly. It works very well.
My laptop now enjoys a new lease of life.

Good price, but fairly poor customer service.
Item took just under two weeks to arrive, but no communication to say why.
I emailed a week after ordering to ask for delivery status, but received no reply.
Was beginning to wonder if the company actually existed when the battery eventually turned up.

I needed a new battery for my Lenovo laptop, found laptop-battery.org.uk online and was impressed with the range of batteries, and also their competitive prices. The whole process was straightforward with an easy-to-use website. The only drawback was the time delay from ordering to the arrival of the battery.

I found the service as good as you can expect. I knew the battery was coming from the other side of the world so it was no problem waiting. As it happens it arrived earlier than expected. The price was good too.

Apalling service. Ordered a battery from their website, they took my money, no confirmation emails or anything and 5 days later emailed saying the battery is out of stock. Absolute waste of time.

After ordering a dell inspiron 3576 battery from other websites, i was left dissapointed because they didn't work. Then i ordered from these guys and i was pleased that it is genuine and works perfectly.

There was a delay in my delivery because of Chinese New Year but did arrive. I had assumed that it would of come from stock at their UK depot but I'm assuming orders just arrive there for onward posting. However it would be helpful if they had a phone number you could contact, this could then of been sorted and explained a lot easier. They have offered a £5 discount for my inconvenience which is welcomed thought.

Easy to use website, acceptable shipping times, and very communicative customer service.

I have a laptop from a well known custom pc builder and when the battery became a bit jaded I contacted them for a replacement. They sent an incorrect replacement, so when I contacted them to complain they apologised, but were unable to supply the correct unit. They did give me the details of a German company that had them in stock, but they were expensive. I did an internet search but failed to find an alternative, so bought what was the only choice.
When that began to fail three years later I did a search using the part number and the only match that came up, was from laptop-battery.org. Pleasingly though it was at a much lower price point than the first replacement, so after checking out the company via Trustpilot I decided to order.
The company obviously has had problems with incorrect orders, because they want information about the computer, so that they can check they don't supply the wrong item. Not many suppliers take that step, which is very admirable in my opinion.
I had already lifted a photo of the rather complicated three cell battery from the website and had checked the part numbers on the cells and circuit board, so I knew it was the right item.
I made a note of my checks on my order and that sped up my order and the correct item was supplied and I am using it as I type this review.
In summation I heartily endorse laptop-battery.org as a responsible supplier of decently priced laptop batteries.
