Comprehensive descriptions
One of the few sites I found which actually gave enough information about the products to be confident of their compatibility, reasonable prices and they had mine in stock. Delivered promptly and safely and it was a genuine oem part as advertised. Took a little while to calibrate the battery, but thats my laptop. It has been working perfectly for a few months now. Couldn't really ask for more.

Their delivery is diabolical
Their delivery is diabolical, it took weeks to arrive, even after I contacted Evri when I found out that it was them who should have delivered the UK side of things.
But even then it took a week to arrive.
Will not be using them again, especially as they have a .org domain which is meant for charity companies.

Worth the wait
The battery works well and was easy to fit. Delivery took a little longer than I originally expected but when I contacted them I received prompt and courteous replies. Would definitely use again in the future.

Delivery within time
Delivery within time. I originally ordered a UK keyboard, and was told that there were none in stock, would I accept a USA keyboard, which I accepted. Key board arrived promptly but didn't work with my laptop. Not sure why this was the case, but the company worked hard to rectify the problem.
Having seen how hard they worked to do this, I can only recommend them.
My problem is now resolved and I shall be using them again when I need a similar item.
Thanks for all the hard work in recovering the situation - it is really appreciated!!

I need new battery for Medion laptop with low cost and higher capacity. You are the best option. I choose cheaper postage so it took longer to arrive without aditional import taxes for .SI.

Good product. Great communication: seller contacted me before dispatching item just to make sure it is the right battery I am ordering for my laptop. Took a while to arrive which is understandable as it was coming from Hong Kong.
