Laptop Battery Arvostelua 

The battery is a great product, I've had it a few weeks now as I wanted to see if had a good capacity, which it has after following the instructions to fully discharge a couple of times.
I'm very satisfied 🙂

Reasonable price, good delivery. Battery fits perfectly, charges OK, retains charge well. The labelling is too prominent when fitted to the laptop.

Some aspects fine but support service lacking

The payment system returned an error, then I was charged twice. There were issues receiving the order confirmation/invoice but this was solved after my original review on Trustpilot.
Received the order and it does what it's supposed to do.

All super good, even if their tracking system and website is super old, but in the end the battery is doing the job

Replacement battery for wife's ASUS computer whose old battery, although only 3 years old would not charge.
Exact model of battery easily identified on website. Good price and delivered within 3 days. Duly fitted and computer back to full working order. Would recommend.
As per other comments, no confirmation of order received and hence no tracking. This is a gap in the process that needs addressing.

Received my order after chasing up. Constant reminder to remove negative review. The site is legit but their communication is not the greatest.

Oh dear.

First, the site search was awful, showing no results for the battery I needed (even though they do in fact stock it), and showing results for a completely incompatible battery but listing it as for my laptop (which it wasn't).

When I did order the battery, it arrived fine, and included a kit to install it (which I didn't need, but the thought is nice)... But the battery, while technically working, doesn't actually report itself to the laptop, so the laptop thinks it's running on AC power even when it's actually using the battery. That means there's no way to tell how much charge the battery has, or even if it's actually charging up (particularly bad for my particular laptop, which has a design flaw that means if the battery is flat, it can't even turn on with the power adaptor connected).

So, the battery was duff, that happens... Except when I contacted support, and asked to resolve it under their warranty policy, they just ghosted me, weeks without any reply. That's why the 2 stars; faulty goods, plus no accountability or apology. It's only not one star because they have technically shipped me a battery that technically works, apparently, for now.

(Update: yep, turns out that as I feared, the laptop does not actually charge this battery. Once the power it shipped with was gone, it was dead. One star.)

(Update two: On seeing this review, they apparently found my emails in their spam folder, and have arranged a refund. That's nice, but I still need to arrange another battery, and it shouldn't take a bad public review to get support. Maybe keep an eye on that spam folder in future?)

Delivery took around 5 weeks, sadly no communication from the seller. The battery arrived in perfect condition, it came very well packed. Battery fits my laptop & is working. No issues at the moment.

Replacement battery was tracked, delivered & turned out to be perfect for the job. Superb!
The only small point I could make is that I received no communication from the seller even though I seem to remember having seen a message that a confirmation email had been sent to me although with my poor eyesight I can't be 100% certain. I definitely recommend this company.

This is the 2nd battery I've bought from them. The 1st lasted 2 years before it died, which I think is ok for the price. The delivery to Northern Ireland was about 2 1/2 weeks which seemed slow but at least I could track it on Royal Mail. I got no email acknowledgement of my order so best to keep a note of your order no to check progress on their website. Once sent from Hong Kong I was able to get the tracking id from their website

Wollte für meinen alten Laptop eine neue Tastatur dort kaufen. Haben sich sehr gut darum gekümmert sicherzustellen dass die Tastatur auch wirklich die richtige ist und mich somit zum Glück davor bewahrt eine falsche zu bestellen. Kann den Shop empfehlen!

Battery arrived as stated and all now good.

Was able to find a battery for an old pcspecialist laptop. Works fine, was easy :)

Battery works as expected replacing my old one and keeps the charge like in old times.

Excellent battery cells quality, better than OEM even if not branded. It's rare to find such quality nowadays.
The shipping was very fast too, even at the standard rate, batteries are usually shipped from Hong Kong and are very well packed.
Customer service responds promptly (please allow a few hours for the time-zone difference) and give a satisfactory resolution to issues.
Please buy with confidence. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Excellent and speedy service. I bought this to replace a "compatible" battery, bought from another vendor for my tablet - that was anything but. The new battery holds it's charge and works with the operating system to warn when getting low - the supposedly "compatible" didn't.

Easy to order, arrived on time and worked. Nice and simple
