My 3 previous experiences with other battery suppliers for this rather old laptop have generally been poor. In one case the battery didn't quite fit, in another the charging indicator malfunctioned, and all were in excess of £34.
So far the battery from Laptop Battery fitted perfectly, charged perfectly and so far is performing perfectly...And costing less than half of previous purchases.

Particularly impressed that they asked for detailed photos of the old battery and connections, to ensure that they delivered the right battery, which they did.

Good price , arrived on time and been using for several months now and no issues .

They were helpful and requested a photo of my laptops connector to make sure they sent the correct battery. It was shipped in good time , but then took 3 weeks for the UK courier (Evri...say no more) to deliver! Now installed and working well. Happy to use this supplier again.

Have used three times now. Batteries have taken 1 - 3 weeks to arrive, have worked well for about 2 years, but perfectly reasonable for a £30 battery vs £60+ from others.

UPDATES: It started right after my order since I wanted express delivery but they contacted me straight away that they can only provide normal one which delayed my order right away but not a big deal. But when the battery arrived after 15 days it was the wrong model so I contacted them telling them about it but I didn't get reply for couple days until I told them I'm not happy. After that they answered me that the new battery is compatible with the old one which was wrong assumption that shouldn't occur at this level of company it means they didn't even double check what they send me and the new battery was clearly much bigger then old one. So again I had to contact them about it and after again a couple days I got answer to pay for shipping and send it back to get refund but they never even offered me replacement or anything so I told them I'm not happy with how they taking the situation but after that they send me another message asking for the measurements of old battery so they will send out a new one but again they should knew this kind of info because they knew my order already but I did send them the measurements. After again a 3 days of not responding I had to contact them again to ask them when my new battery will arrive but then I got message that they are waiting for something and after that I got another message stating now that I have to send them the old battery back first and pay for shipping and then they will refund me back my money for shipping and then they'll send a new battery so after like 15 days going back and forwards we didn't agree ok anything and they mistake is definitely on their site. I think they using 3rd party company that's answering their emails.

The company fixed their mistake by sending out new battery with no extra charge but can't give 5* because of the issues typed before and also because the waiting time was way pass estimated delivery time so with all the trouble I had to go though i waited roughly 2 months for the situation to be resolved.

Received order as described. Delivery was on time

Clear information on the web site to be able to select the correct battery model for my Median laptop. Laptop-Battery.org have a UK warehouse with stock, so battery was delivered and fitted within 48hrs of ordering

Avoid this company.
Installed battery and my £500 HP pavillion stopped working. Left laptop in to reputable repair center and they were unable to fix it.
So now I have to buy new laptop.
So much for saving money.

Bought a battery for a 10 year old laptop. Great product, relatively quick delivery and excellent customer support. I would recommend.

Dopo una lunga ricerca, finalmente qui ho trovato la batteria del mio portatile. Puer essendo passati 10 anni dalla produzione dello stesso questa batteria è perfetta, praticamente meglio della nuova. Spedizione veloce e ottimi prezzi. Consigliato

I bought myself an old vhs camcorder from ebay, but it needed a battery, as it was only operating via mains.
I ordered from laptop-battery.org.uk - the first got lost in transit, so I got in touch and was helped by 'Angel' who offered a refund or to resend the battery. I choose to have another sent and it arrived within 2 weeks and works great. Now I know where to go to get more.
