The air in our house is definitely better. We live in the desert in Alamogordo NM with 6 small dogs. So lots of sand and dust!! We are seeing less dust around the house and can sweep up measurable amounts on the floor. These little filters are really giants in disguise. Thank you again. I originally purchased 3 purifiers and was impressed and satisfied how I was not feeling stuffy and snotty that I ordered 6 more purifier. Within the year of my purchase, 4 of the purifiers started making very loud rambling noises. I contacted lab charge and they said they would send a replacement if I sent $14.95 for shipping to replace them. I declined. Im going to contact my credit card company and advise them to place the charge in dispute for defective merchandise.

I never received my order
I never received my order. Mainly I got an apology and how they responded in 12 hours - not true, it took longer. And that they were from Houston, Texas (probably a Houston, Texas from a planet light years away). I have not received the product nor a refund in 6 weeks. If you want frustration, aggravation and to see your money go into a black hole, buy this product.

The ease of ordering was great. They arrived promptly. I purchased two, one for the living room and one for my bedroom.
I would wake up every day and sneeze in the morning and then sneeze at night, sometimes (no lie) seven times in a row.
It has been a couple of weeks now, and I only sneezed once briefly. It states it will take 4-6 weeks to see a difference, but I feel I have already.

I've had 5 out of 8 go bad! Save your money! At this point, I didn't even attempt to return the last two. This product is made cheap and becomes so loud you can't hear the TV over he rattling of it!

I like the air purifiers because they…they don't take up a lot of room.
I like the air purifiers because they are compact, off the floor which gives more room to walk. Delivery was fast. My allergies are much better.

I purchased a 3 pack of air purifiers. After 4 hours one of them quit working. I changed out the cord with one of the other working ones & still nothing,even moved it to a different outlet & room. Nothing. I reached out to customer service who asked for a video of the product (which made no sense to me since it doesn't even power up), I complied. I was told that they would submit the video and get back to me with shipping information on my new one. That was a week ago.... nothing. Horrible customer service. I had to ask 3 different times for confirmation that the video was what they needed.

I bought 6 of the units. Initially it really worked well. Within 2 months, they are doing next to nothing.
Two units starting making loud noises so I shut them off. One of the two started working again the second still rattles, etc.
I, like others have been given the runaround in trying to get this resolved. They did respond quickly but only to give canned answers, asking for the same information, videos of the unit making the noise, the order number, etc. over and over and over again. Finally they were able to look at the video and now say I need to pay for shipping, $15!! No way am I paying that for something that may or may not work initially but will die after a month or so. I'm sorry I purchased this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

I’m not happy with the product so I e-mailed for instructions on how to return. Responded that they would get back to me usually in 12 hrs. and not to e-mail again as it could slow the process. Days later still no answer so I called and left a message. Days later after no response I called again and left another message. 3 more days with no response. This company gets a big fat zero from me

I bought 2 of these so-called air purifiers and first one started making noises. I complained to the company with no satisfaction. No refund, no replacement. Now second one has the same problem.
Threw both in the trash. Does not help allergies, dust or anything. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
