Should have read the reviews before purchasing. 1st unit worked fine until about a month when it started making a buzzing noise. Replacement unit was offered and was received. The replacement unit started making the same buzzing sound a few days after use. Requested a refund and was told since I purchased through Amazon they are not able to refund me but can offer another replacement unit. Had no choice but to accept another replacement which I'm sure will stop working as well. Don't waste your money

I ordered 2 air purifiers at the beginning of March. By July, one started making an intolerable noise. I contacted the company and they asked for a video to prove my complaint.
Fair enough.
Then they said they’d replace the faulty unit, but I have to pay $15 in shipping.
Excuse me, what?
Why should I pay a penalty for your faulty product? Do you stand behind your product or not?
They relented and sent the replacement.
Not surprisingly, a few weeks later the second unit began to screech.
I wrote again and I was informed that they had already replaced two units and they wouldn’t do more.
Simply untrue.
I asked for documentation on when they sent the second replacement.
They admitted their “mistake”, and informed me they’d replace it, but again tried to stick me with the $15 shipping cost.
Why on earth would I spend more money with a company that has a 100% failure rate?
This was a total rip off and a waste of money. Steer clear of this company. They’re bad news.

These so called air purifiers do not do what they say. I have a dog who indeed does use potty pads indoors. However my stair well was smelling like urine and my toy poodle does not potty on the stairs. I asked to return but it was passed the 30 day window, so nothing, not even an apology. They are also very noisy and if you put one in your bedroom it lights it up like Christmas at night. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I bought the bundle of 7 about 4 months ago. I think they are not worth the money. I had one break loud noises and flashing red contracted customer support they would replace it at a 15% discount. What!! Weren't back and forth with them I thought they should replace it shipping and all but they wouldn't. I threw it away .. I now have a 2nd one doing the same thing. Again I am just going to throw it away. Lesson learned and will not and can not recommend them.

Within 5 months all 3 began air purifiers "screeching". One of them began after just 32 days. Definitely not worth the $$ spent.

I purchased a lab charge a couple of months ago. It was past the warranty time according to what they said is 30 days it started making some really bad noises. It’s irritating. They said they recover replacing it that they wanted me to pay for shipping and that’s right when the product was damaged.

In less then a week one went bad I tried calling but there phone won’t go past the leave a message after the time but the tone dose not stop I tried by email then text they don’t want you to return it but makes it impossible to get a replacement and so far they have been running for a week and my sir quality monitor showed no difference

I purchased 3 units about February of 2026 by April, one unit was already malfunctioning. I contacted lab charge and they responded fairly quickly asking me to send a video with sound to verify the problem. I sent it and they agreed to send a replacement with an almost $15 charge. I received the replacement in a timely manner. However, it’s now only September and all units have over several months malfunctioned. And are no longer useable. I feel like the durability of these units is horrible and a waste of money because they just don’t last. I would expect them to at least work for a couple years. Not worth the investment.

bought several units july 11 one unit stoped working after 60 days called customer service several times and left messages gotno responce also emailed same result this co has a great marketing team but service is non exient

Ionic purifiers are a load of hogwash, and Labcharge knows this. They are giving us old-timey medicine show bull, and trying to pass it off as science. Give it a pass.

Horrible company. All three or four of my purifiers started making loud whining sounds and when I reported it it was like pulling teeth to get replacement. They took forever to respond and it's all AI auto response garbage. After a month they finally sent me one and then when another one broke they told me I had to pay for shipping LOL complete joke. Stay far away

I have three that started making noise no matter how many times they were cleaned and re started. Company has repeatedly asked for me to re start send pictures and I have done all of that. They have not honored replacement or guarantee. I bought 9 and all they want is me to buy more. Don't waste money.

This company is a joke. I was desperate to find something to help clean the air after being diagnosed with mold toxicity. This company is trash. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with them and I reach out to ask for a replacement and they reply condescendingly and send their small print about returns and exchanges. They won’t tell me how they knew just the one making god awful noises is the “free gift.” I reached out nicely via email and over the past week was told in not so many words that it’s my problem and they won’t do anything about it. I then reached out via text and same thing. This company needs to be shut down. There’s no telling how many people they’ve screwed before and I certainly won’t be the last. If anyone else has had similar experiences, please reach out…I’d like to see how far we can go to get this company shut down. I don’t care about the money I care that they are selling a crap product with “free incentives” to buy more but instead are sending trash that they won’t stand behind. It’s these companies that are driving prices and setting poor standards of business practices that only hurt the consumer. Any company who doesn’t stand behind the product needs to be terminated and ability to do business in the USA revoked. I want to make sure no one else falls for this scam. I’m now worried about the other units. Save your money and consider yourself lucky that you didn’t waste your money. I am trying to figure out how I can test a unit to see if it is even doing anything. I’m concerned it might make user sick. Edited to reply to this company because I don’t see another way. Lab Charge if you read my review you will see that I have reached out several times. Let’s not start pretending you care all of a sudden. I even gave you the courtesy of telling you I’m posting a review and your team had no issues with it.

We have an indoor cat, I never smelled anything, but evidently I never paid attention. When my daughter came home; she told me she didn’t smell the cat litter. I can tell our home is much fresher. It smells clean. Thank you so much.

I responded to a Facebook ad where you could buy two and get two free the total being $79. I took them up on the offer but received only one. Communication with them has been absolutely like getting teeth pulled. No one responds to the phone nor do they reply to voicemail. I've been "communicating" and I put that in quotes, with someone named Jannah, who doesn't see a problem with me receiving only one unit when I was buying four, specifically responding to an ad with that offer: 4 units. My total was $84.15, including tax for the four units (which were $79 for four at the time).

Lab Charge is a scam.

Why would anyone responding to a buy four for $79 promotion instead choose to buy ONE for the same price?! I will be having my bank fight with them about this charge I want to send the stupid thing back unless they can send me three more, stat.

8/31 UPDATE: They've now "offered to send me another unit so that I don't have to go through the bother of returning the one unit they sent!

My reply to them:
I want the total of 4 that I ordered. Again, who pays the same price for one (or 2) units when they responded to an ad for 4 for the same price?

"Offering" to give me half of my order is just stealing half of my order instead of stealing 3/4 of it.

Seems to be working well. It is quiet and I appreciate that.

It's great to walk into a room and not smell last nights supper. I don't sneeze as much as I usually do.

3 out of 4 lab chargers work. One is defective. This helps eliminate odors effectively. I emailed the hello@labcharge with your order number but no response.

Terrible!! ordered 4 got a small one free and two out of four made grinding noise or stopped working.
