Uproot Clean Arvostelua 

The promise of order turn around in 3-5 days is not the case.I ordered on June 6, 2026 and received my order July 9, 2026. No response to my message requesting order updates. The deshedding brush is awesome. My three pets yielded a large grocery bag of fur. The wash machine cleaner made my washer smell good, we’ll see if it does its job to clean it when laundry is washed and has no smell.The fabric/furniture brush worked well. The glove to remove pet hair is rather useless and only picked up a few hairs which were nearly impossible to remove. My biggest dissatisfaction was the supposed $50 and $10 ‘FREE’ gifts I received. They were: 1 one sample pack of ear wipes which is neither $10 nor $50 and one 50 count tub of ear wipes which are listed on your site as $29.99. I want to have the offer of 50/10 gifts fulfilled. I want to return the glove hair removers for a refund. I attached photos of my order number/date, the items ordered, and the receipt date information requesting satisfactory communication and fulfillment. I interestingly there was a ‘problem’ with my message and it did not go through. I will be trying again. Assuredly!!

It took a week and half for it to say it got delivered but they didn't deliver anything to my house. They took my money and ran with. Typical 21st century modern day business screwing people out money.

Ordered 23jun26. I reached out on 03jul26 & received a reply saying it was awaiting pickup by the carrier. As of 08jul26 still no movement. I have reached out again. I really wanted to like this product, but if I can’t even get it to my house how will I ever know. Please don’t make promises you can’t keep.

I ordered uproot because all the hype card charges on June 10th today is July 7th still don't have any product I think they need to cut back on marketing until they fix shipping problems.i ordered meds for my dogs teeth from China on the 16th of June and I checked today it cleared custom's in ny .but the uproot I ordered that's coming from Florida to South Carolina is still pending,I sent email asking them to cancel it no response

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am sorry to report I am having the same issues as others. Ordered the washing machine cleaner tablets in early May. I am still waiting for the product!!
I did receive responses to my several email inquiries but they were full of excuses and empty promises. I have read great reviews on the product but this type of customer service is a complete turn off.

I placed an order for multiple products 5/17/26, and my card was charged immediately. I reached out to the company 3, 4, and 5 weeks later asking for status without a response. I filed a report with BBB and that day they switch my status from unfulfilled to fulfilled, with an estimated arrival date of 6/29. The tracking link says "oops, something went wrong". Emailed company again, they asked for order number now won't reply. I have still not received any product.
Update- after leaving this review, I received an email apologizing for the lack of communication and stating they will apply a 15% refund. They still did not say when I can expect my products. I replied to their email with that question.

Ordered product found it cheaper on amazon sent a email to cancel it the next day before it was shipped and of course no reply once I got the product they answered the email and said I could send it back at my cost and also lose the shipping I paid when the product was ordered poor customer service DONT ORDER FROM THEM After my review the company wrote me a email apologizing for the poor customer service I got and gave me a refund for my whole order. This shows this company realized they did a wrong thing to a customer and fixed their mistake. I would like to acknowledge them for them for that and thank them.

Ordered in May. 4 weeks went by nothing. Messages sent reply wait is on the way..I place after 6 weeks a dispute they sent it anyways. I was instructed to decline the package. Went to the post iffice they inform me i needed to have processed in Brooklyn . I live end if Queens because I was a private mailing machine and the seller as per scan is in Brooklyn. The website says Doral, Florida!!!THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.

I purchased uproot clean washing machine cleaner ultra and laundry detergent sheets ultra on May 25, 2026 and finally received them on June 29, 2026. They stated on their website they were made in the USA, all the products I received were made in China. I have requested to return them, but I have yet heard back from them. I would not have purchased them if I had known they were made in China and the time it took to get them. False advertising!!!

I ordered washing sheets in early May. Finally received an email stating would be shipped early June. Then another email that there was a problem. Now it's June 28th and still nothing. I've sent like 10 emails asking about my order. It's been paid since May, and haven't even received one email concerning my order. They are scamming me. Took off with my money and delivering nothing in return.

I would love to give a review on this product, but have yet to receive it. I received an email that a label had been made on Sunday 5/24/2026. But then received notice on 5/28/2026 that there are delays in shipping. 5/24 was a month after ordering.
Doesn't really matter how good a product is if you cannot depend on shipping to deliver said product. 5 more days then I will cancel if not received.
I had upgraded to the Ultra plus...whatever.
At this point I cannot recommend.

I placed an order in April 2026. After not receiving the order, I contacted their customer service on May 3,2026 and again on May 9,2026. I received a response from Uproot on May 20, 2026 stating that one of the items in my order was out of stock, and that they expected to have them again by May 30, 2026.

The items never shipped. I requested a refund on June 6, 2026, and was told on June 13, 2026 the refund was being issued. As of June 27, 2026 I have not received the refund - and I have not received the products.

I ordered the product on May 28th. It's now June 26th and no sign of delivery. The tracking says label created which it had said for a month. Tried to cancel by email. No response. Awful awful awful. I feel stupid for not checking reviews prior to ordering. I hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered on May 9-today is June 26, and I still have nothing. I have e-mailed twice and gotten replies that they were low on inventory. Then a label was created a week ago, but nothing else. This is horrible customer service.

I placed my order on May 30th and as of 6/25 all that has happened is they created a shipping label. I reached out via email 6/15 requesting an update and I still haven't received any replies. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, terrible customer service and complete lack of updates about your order. There is also no way to cancel the order on their website and since they refuse to respond via email, you also can't cancel that way.

UPDATE: Only after posting this review, did I get any response from customer service. Supposedly my order has now magically been fulfilled and I received a partial refund. We will see if I actually receive the product in a timely manner or if I will have take further action.

I finally decided to order the everything bundle. After I ordered, I was offered a discount on the same product for $100 less. So of course, I ordered to save myself the money and wanted to cancel the first order. I have been contacting the company for 8 days to cancel the first order with no response. Now, it says it has shipped and I can no longer cancel it. Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact there is not a phone number to call and speak to someone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a few items over 21 days ago and received no shipping info or further updates, except for marketing emails. I emailed their help/customer service and got no replies. I chatted with them in which they replied for a little bit, then stopped chatting before concluding our conversation. I haven't found anyone on their team who could answer my question on why my order was never shipped yet. I emailed asking for a refund. No response. STAY AWAY from this company.

Seems like everyone has the same experience with these guys. They are advertising everywhere, which is generating orders, and they do not have the stock or system in place to fulfill those orders. I ordered on 6/8 with an expected delivery before 6/14. On 6/14 I got an email saying it would be late, on 6/22 I emailed their customer service asking what was going on as the tracking status still only states they have created a label and I have received no response, automated or otherwise. I suspect these guys planned poorly, poured money into marketing without planning for how they would handle the business that brought in, and now can't produce or maintain stock to keep up with the rate of sales they are making. I understand how that mistake happens. It is the failure in communication that makes things more egregious here. I'd want an honest timeline on when an order might be fulfilled presented when making a purchase as that may influence my decision to buy their product. It also sort of comes off as insulting when I get marketing emails, and see and hear ads from them constantly when I know they can't fill my order placed weeks ago. It is a misstep and frankly is effecting their reputation regardless of product quality. They need to stop spending money on advertising until they can keep up with fulfilling orders. Similarly, they need to get their customer service team in order. An automated email sent after the longest predicted fulfillment estimate is not acceptable. Neither is not even acknowledging receipt of customer inquiries on order status. The company seems to have prioritized sales growth over all and the customers are paying the price for it. Bad business practice. Hopefully their products don't suck and hopefully they don't lower quality to meet demand here. Maybe the product will be so good I can come back and update with a better score, but for now this is just bad.

I ordered the 72 pack Uproot washing machine cleaner pro on May 28th. I reached out 6/15/26 with my first email and three more since then with no response. Don’t waste your time and money on this product. The customer service is non existent but they did take your money. Thank goodness for AMEX, they are taking over and will be refunding my money.

I placed my order on May 31st and was told shipping out in 3-5 days. There was no communication from the company that there should be a delay in shipping. I finally emailed on June 14th to check on the status. I did not get any response back but June 18th finally got an email with shipping information. Now waiting to see if it will be delivered today per tracking information.
Update-I did receive my order today so that is great. So I am changing the stars, but I am still not impressed with the amount of time and the fact I had to reach out before anything shipped.
