I purchased 9 of these purifiers and…
I purchased 9 of these purifiers and within 6 months 2 of them were making more noise than anyone would want to endure. They replaced them which was great but I now have 2 more that are doing the same thing. I’ve called the customer help line with answer. Leave a message with no reply. I emailed them and they gave me a list of things to do before I will get a replacement including recording the noise and sending it in so they could hear the ridiculous loud noise. I also purchased the lifetime warranty on the 9 units I purchased. They are a joke of a company!!!

3 units arrived last week. One in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. When I enter, the house smells crisper and I'm not waking up with such a stuffy head and dry mouth.

I feel that it helped my 7 year old…
I feel that it helped my 7 year old with her allergies, she haven't been coughing as much. Now I have to find a space in her room because I notice she still coughs in her room. So I believe that it is working great here. Thank you for creating such great product with a reasonable price.

That’s really nice to hear—especially that your daughter is coughing less. Even small improvements like that can make a big difference day to day.
If you’re noticing she still coughs more in her room, placement can sometimes help a lot. Try keeping the unit in a more open spot with good airflow around it (not tucked behind furniture or curtains), and ideally closer to where she sleeps, but not directly blocked. That can help it circulate air more effectively in her space.

I ordered several of the labcharge for…
I ordered several of the labcharge for myself and family members. I plugged them in an within approx. 2 weeks on 2 of them the motors started making a loud noise and I had to turn them off. I contacted the company and after 10+ emails I was given approval to replace 1 of them but it would cost me $14.95 in shipping costs. I asked about the 2nd one and they started asking for the same information (video) which I had already sent videos of both which could be determined by the surroundings in different rooms. Would not buy these again and I am out the money that I already paid and more if I want to pay for the shipping. Do not buy these because if you have a problem you may not get approval for a replacement but if you do you will have to pay more money to get it shipped to you.

So far I like them. They are very quiet which is wonderful. I really can't tell if they are doing anything for my air. The only thing I noticed is that I'm not sneezing as much or coughing during the night. Still happening but not as much. I don't know what I'm supposed to expect. I never have much dust so I can't tell that way. My house doesn't smell either. So that's all I have for now.

A lot of the benefits can be subtle, like what you mentioned with fewer sneezing or coughing episodes at night. Those small changes are often the most meaningful signs that the air quality is improving.
It’s also totally normal to feel unsure about what to expect. Air purification isn’t always obvious in a visual way—it’s more about reducing airborne particles over time, even when the environment already seems fairly clean.

So far so good, I feel like the air is already a little bit better then before I had one in my room. It’s only been a few days but, I don’t seem to see as much dust flying around as I used to. Ok I ordered 2 of these, the promise of it will clean your air and get rid of dust and smells.
Well after 3 months I given them an honest try. I put one in my bathroom to deal with yea smells. Well I can't tell the difference. Even after taking a dump it still stinks to high heaven.
The other one I placed in the kitchen where the garbage can is, Yep, I can still smell the garbage.
So yes total scam.

Hello hi my name is Rosemary Hartley. I’m the same way with the other person. I saw a review of. I bought three of them and one of them is making this humming noise like the fan is going out I did the video just like they requested and I haven’t heard anything all day today and I’ve sent him another video. Still haven’t heard anything back from them. If they say they’re gonna standby their warranty for two years then they should actually be so courteous by texting back or emailing you back. I just called them that office is closed, but I left them detailed message. Nothing makes me so frustrated is when you buy something from some company they are more than happy of taking your money but not happy for replacing the item that you purchased especially if you’ve only had it for two weeks.

And Still No Resolution
Well, it's nearly a week since I was last "promised" I'd hear back in 2-3 days. But this is nothing new or unusual.
Almost 5 months now of aggravation, unkept promises, and lack of follow-through on your part, so I am certainly not surprised.
Nearly everything you've promised has gone unfulfilled. From the promised extra (free) unit because of the extremely late shipping (never arrived) to promising to get back to me within 1-3 days, escalating this problem for resolution, and more, you haven't kept your word -- despite claiming here, in responses,that you understand my frustration, care and aim for better, it's obvious you toss out words to impress others. But I know better: it's all show on your part.
The 3 units I DID order never did as promised (nothing, actually), and your sending me 4 more, unordered units -- and charging me! -- is horrible! Good thing I canceled my card, so you couldn't do it again!
I have told you repeatedly -- here and in multiple emails, as you directed me to do -- everything that has happened, including my not wanting or needing 4 more units (aside from their lack of dust removal, I have a small home, and wouldn't need 4 more, even if they DID work).
And your telling me to return them at my own cost, PLUS charging me a restocking fee?
How low can you get?
I hope potential customers read reviews and see what you're about.
I expect you will either continue to ignore me (as you have done before), or you will reply here, saying you understand, care, and other untruths, and probably instruct me to, once again, email you, which is a joke, since those who respond to email (Jannah and Sara, mostly, in my case) will continue to put me off, if not totally ignore me.
Frankly, if you'd done the ethical thing to begin with, and refunded me, you could have saved a ton of money paying your customer service reps to respond without helping me.
And so the saga continues....
