Starting up
I was disappointed when I opened the first unit, plugged it in, got the red light, then the green, but after a few minutes the unit started blinking red and that's all. I unplugged the unit waited until evening and tried again. Only red blinking!
I was upset and thought I had wasted my money. Finally, after a week, I tried the other 2 units and they seem to be working.

I didn't appreciate that the 4 purifiers came with charger cords that DO NOT CONNECT TO THE PURIFIER!!! What is the problem with the cords not fitting into the machine? Can't use theses purifiers if they can't be charged!

I put 2 in my living room
I put 2 in my living room, 1 in my kitchen and 1 in my master bedroom ( where my husband is from the time he gets out of work til he goes back to work)i smelled the difference within 2 days of plugging them in. I didnt smell the stagnant pet smell in the air anymore or the smell of the dirty laundry in the hamper waiting for me to wash it ( i wash 2 times a week ;more if needed).,i also didnt smell his musty boots he wears to work each day.( and he has 7 pair he rotates with. It is just nice pleasant fresh air now. I also dusted the day i put them out and im looking at my glass shelves( its been a whole week since i put them out)i could dust but its not near as bad as it normally is in a week. Went through many emails and contacts with
customer service who wanted a video which I
sent. They then said they would replace the
defective item but it would not cover the $15 in
shipping fees to send it.
There is no way for me to tell if the one that appears
to be working because it lights up is actually doing anything but making noise, there are no meters on the
item. Junk. Stay away.

I enjoy the compact design
I enjoy the compact design. However, they are not quiet, there is a small fan and I have not noticed a difference. I have 2 and one is in the bedroom and one in the living room. Owned for about 8 months now. (One started rattling)
Not even sure if it's truly ionic.

Junk do not buy
I ordered 4 purifiers, only to be disappointed by the functionality. Having them for a couple months one started making awful noises, requested a replacement. Now the other 3 are broken, 2 don't work at all, and the 3rd is making noise. Very dissatisfied with the return process. I was required to pay for shipping, 12.00. Which I think is ridiculous. Due to mechanical issues and break downs you should cover the shipping, now I have to pay shipping for 3.

I brought four units in February 2026
I brought four units in February 2026. I n may one just stopped working. I emailed the company and received no response. After 3 weeks I emailed again. They finally agreed to replace the broken unit if I paid $15 for shipping. I refused. Didn't think I should pay again for a unit that lasted less than three months. They finally agreed to send one at no charge. Less than a week after receiving the new one, another one started roaring for no reason. I have thrown it away. This was a complete waste of over $100 for a product that I can't tell has made any difference whatsoever. Don't waste your money.
As of July 5, I now have received five units since the end of February, and only two are still working. Three have now been thrown away.
And don't be confused by the responses from the company, they all say the same, but all they want is more money to replace the units.

I, with much excitement ordered a pair for my wife for Christmas.
they didn't come. I had to contact the company several times to get my order at all. The company apologized and sent me an extra unit. I was pleased with how they were performing, then one started making a horrible grinding noise followed by the others. I contacted the company several times and Still Have NOT gotten replacements, or a refund.
That's not the way to treat a customer. I am still waiting for my replacements or refund. My next contact will not be so pleasant.
PLEASE, REPLACE OR REFUND MY ORDER!!

This air purifier does absolutely NOTHING that it promises. We have a small mobile home, and have 3 of these running 24/7, and they do NOT improve air quality or remove any odors from cooking. Don't buy...just a waste of money...scam!!

They charge you to ship replacements of faulty products.
I should have heeded other reviews. 2 units failed within 4 months. I wasted 6 weeks emailing customer service and sending videos multiple times of the defective units, only to be told that I would be charged additional shipping for the replacements to be sent. Labcharge erroneously confirmed that a full refund would be issued but they later rescinded this offer saying they could only send replacements at additional cost to me. Customer service is very polite and outwardly helpful when you first contact them, but the longer the issue remains unresolved, the less responsive they become. I would not recommend this company or its products - the units that are still going are not reducing the dust, and I feel no benefits from them.
